I have a really difficult time with most repair shampoos but once I tried this product, I haven’t needed any others. It’s lightweight so it doesn’t make my hair greasy or heavy but still able to repair and hydrate my hair. I use this as my every day shampoo along with the conditioner and it continues to be my go-to. LOVE.

I love this shampoo, it has a divine smell, its ingredients are perfect, an efficiency and results every week, you can see it, it’s just being constant, your wash is perfect

I love this for my damaged hair! It smells nice and preforms very well. It feels amazing on my hair and scalp and rinses out easily. I have damaged bleached and dyed hair, my hair felt so nice after using this, I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shampoo has a great lather;which I of course love! The texture of the shampoo is silky and smooth and glides through each strand of hair. The shampoo helps to strengthen hair and keep it from breaking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm typically very fond of Nexxus products but sadly, I wasn't a big fan of this entire Amino Bond system. It seemed to have left my natural, very bouncy hair, flat and lifeless. The shampoo didn't suds up at all, which I understand why considering the lack of sulfates, but it also didn't leave my hair feeling clean at all. I had to use an excessive amount of shampoo to make it feel like I was washing my hair at all. The conditioner didn't feel very nourishing and was kind of thin and watery. The Amino Bond treatment did help with frizz and fly-aways a bit when letting my natural curls dry after the shower, but it wasn't anything exceptionally special. The packaging was pretty, easy-to-use simple bottles, and did smell like vanilla cupcakes but overall, I was left kind of disappointed by the whole system.

I did feel it left my hair cleaner, but it was a little bit difficult to work up a lather easily. I like the scent. It wasn’t too strong and lasted pretty much all day. I liked that the shampoo and conditioner have two different colored rings so that you know which is which. Another issue I had was I prefer a pump with my shampoo so I didn’t really like the packaging in that sense. Overall this was an okay product but I feel there are better out there.

This Amino Bond line is a wonder for curly frizzy hair. The shampoo cleaned my hair so well with just one wash and made me feel like my hair was washed in a salon. Definitely salon quality and I love it.

This shampoo smells nice and feels like it has made all my natural and good oils stripped from my hair, leaving it frizzy and a mess. I've stuck with this product line exclusively for weeks and my hair is actually looking worse then when I started. Yeah, this is going to the trash cause its not worth the hassle. '

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solid bond building shampoo, especially for the price point. For context, I have fine, wavy hair that is prone to frizz and split ends. I found that this shampoo (used with the conditioner) did make my hair feel silkier and softer. It has a good lather and the classic Nexxus scent (which is strong but mostly inoffensive). In my opinion, it wasn’t noticeably effective at removing product build-up and repairing existing damage (like split ends) though my hair did feel less dry when using. I’m not convinced my hair needs more protein repair, but this would be the set I return to when I’m looking for that.
