Did not improve energy levels but good value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had read up that moringa can improve energy, and as mom of 4 in my forties, often looking for more natural ways to keep up energy than guzzling endless caffeine. I tried these because it is over a month supply and organic. It did take longer than expected to ship, but arrived in good condition. It was disconcerting to see how large the capsules are, especially when I take a few other supplements in pill form, but I was willing to try for the potential of improved energy levels. After taking once a day for about two weeks, I can say I did not feel any different. While I know supplements and vitamins compound, and so some can take awhile to notice a difference, the size of these just didn't make it worth it to me to continue trying. If it was one a day, not so bad but two large capsules daily doesn't work for me. Might work for you if you don't have anything else to take because it is a really good quality and quantity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've heard great things about moringa and finally decided to give it a try. The serving size for these are two pills at a time and the bottle comes with 90 pills- so a month and a half supply. While the pills smell strongly of greens in the bottle, they are actually easy to swallow, fairly tasteless, and don't have a weird aftertaste. I was glad I wasn't burping up a weird flavor all day afterwards. I've only tried them for a few days now, and can't say whether they are having a huge impact on how I feel yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You get 90 capsules in this bottle and a serving size is 2 capsules so this is a good value for a month and a half supply. The capsules are a bit on the larger size and the smell is pretty potent. If you can get past the strong smell, they're not too hard to swallow and I didn't get any upset stomach after taking them.

Helps keep me energized throughout the day
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's great that TNVitamins Moringa leaves have all of the following that I need to add to my routine with vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, potassium, iron, and plant protein, plus good antioxidants. It helps for my anti-inflammatory and blood-sugar-balancing potential since I have to deal with both diabetes and gout. These are standard-size capsules with a green, earthy smell if you open them. No strong aftertaste when swallowed. Moringa powder by itself tastes like matcha meets spinach, so capsules are a win for me to avoid the ingredients. I usually take them in the morning and afterwards it feels like you just slept well and ate your vegetables. It has revitalized my energy & focus. It's subtle, not a rush, but you notice when you skip it. If you want the benefits of greens but hate choking down powdered drinks, these capsules are about as straightforward as it gets. It's cheaper than a green juice and easier to stay consistent with it too.

Superfood vitamin for essential vitamins
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is considered a superfood vitamin as it’s packed with nutrients: vitamin a, vitamin c, calcium & phosphorus, iron, protein. It helps with cholesterol, blood sugar management, rich in antioxidants and supports detox. I love this stuff and felt more energy after taking it. And it lessened my afternoon slump!

Easy, convenient, mess free
