Lactaid Fast Acting Tablets have been a lifesaver for me. I’ve always loved dairy but struggled with stomach cramps and bloating after eating anything with milk or cheese. These tablets work quickly and let me enjoy my favorite foods without the usual discomfort. I keep a small pack in my bag at all times and just take one right before eating dairy. I can enjoy drinks with whole milk again thanks to Lactaid! The taste is unpleasant if you bite it, but it's worth it since I don't get inflated or have a stomach ache.

I took two chewable tablets with my meal. One in the beginning and then one during the meal. I started getting nauseous on & off about an hour after the meal. Loose bowel movement & painful abdominal cramps followed afterwards. My experience with the chewable tablets vs the caplets have been that they do not work. The taste is also enough to cause the nausea themselves. I am suffering.

As someone who cannot eat dairy without being extremely sick…these have completely CHANGED MY LIFE! The directions are clear and easy, take with your first bite! Lactaid offers two sizes for the chewable, 36 or 62 chews which is a really great value. The taste is not horrible, and you are eating it with your food so you don’t really taste it! I cannot recommend these chewable more, they have completely changed my life & now I can eat tasty food with dairy all day!

I always have one on me. I keep them in every bag. Once you follow the directions then it actually works. There was minimal taste for me because I just swallowed it whole.

Smh again, the prices are we ( we meaning you people) for real. The amount for the pills can go to gas to get to the store to buy it in the first place. It’s too expensive for all qualities and the generic brands aren’t effective heck barely even is this. Better off winging it to be for real.

I purchase these for my daughter in law she needs them and these can be pretty pricey when you need to take them often so I try to help I believe these work very well for her and she’s happy with the product

I’ve been using the Lactaid chewable tablets for the last 2 years and will never stop. I keep these in my car, in my wallet, my purse and pockets. They are a lifesaver. I recommend them to all my lactose intolerance friends! :)

For anyone out there that is lactose intolerant I’m sure you know how tempting it is to indulge in your favorite dairy products. I love keeping these tablets on me at all times for whenever those moments come up. I can enjoy without suffering lol. however I always do it in moderation because this does not make you invincible. the packaging makes it super easy to keep it on all times and there is no taste to the pills whatsoever.
