This primer is actually a good base and is hydrating BUT the smell of silicone is just too bad and also it is definitely not suitable for super sensitive skin(like mine) overall it’s ok,elf has much better primer like Power Grip one

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! I have been using this for about 5 years. Not just as a primer. I use it as a daily moisturizer all day. I keep one by the bed, by my t.v. chair, on my vanity, in my travel bag, in the bathroom, all places. I love the way it makes my skin feel. I am 66 with very dry skin. Great product!

this keep makeup OFF of your face
if anything this "prime" keeps the makeup off of my face not on. this is not hydrating at all its just some type of wax that makes your face matte. no wonder it's so cheap. it sucks don't buy.
