This product does not contain directions or complete warnings for adult use. Do not give more than directed (see overdose warning). Shake well before using. mL = milliliter. Find right dose on chart below. If possible, use weight to dose; otherwise, use age. Remove the child protective cap and squeeze your child's dose into the dosing cup. Repeat dose every 4 hours while symptoms last. Do not give more than 5 times in 24 hours. Attention: Use only enclosed dosing cup specifically designed for use with this product. The only fever relief I use for my baby! It is very effective, and I love that the ingredients do not include any dyes. This one is grape flavor which my son enjoys so it easy to get him to take his medicine when he needs it. The packaging is solid and doesn't lead and the price is fair. One bottle lasts a while, making it a great value.

Works fast for fevers. I really love that It’s dye free. I never understood why those had to be put into medicines so I love that this one doesn’t have them. The only downside I would say is that you have to squeeze this into a container and suck it up with a syringe if you have a kid that can’t take it from one of those little cups. So you need to make sure that you squeeze out the right amount because if you squeeze out too much you’re wasting a lot of product.

My toddlers love taking this when they’re sick! We love all the flavors but this one seems to be the biggest hit. It works pretty fast and is affordable. I love that you can draw up the liquid straight from the bottle with the syringe rather than having to pour in a cup then up in a syringe. It is paraben free which is always an avoidance in our home. Tastes good and sweet .
