I take these every day, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my nails since starting. They used to be paper-thin, but now they’re growing out stronger and thicker. This is one of the few vitamins that I can take and stand the taste. It’s like eating a fruit snack. I notice that my nails became stronger and my skin was almost like glass. I get skeptical about items that are not boxes but the product came sealed tight. I’d definitely buy this product again. Bang for your buck!

I've been using these for about 2 years, and they are fine except for on thing. Even if I just brought them home from the store, it is very difficult to get them out of the container, because they all stick together. When it gets down so far, my fingers just don't reach. My suggestion would be to make them in containers that are shorter with a bigger top so that they can be reached easier. It just took me half an hour to pry and pull, pretty much one at a time, to get them out.
Pick up a bottle and start trying right away.
