Same price as every where else but for some reason it doesn't taste as good as brand name. Taste water down ? Bland ??? Not sure what it is ...

Angel Hair vs Thin Spagetti
When using most dried pastas, I find very little, if any, differences in taste between major brands. I have been very pleased with Target's Good and Gather brand of pastas, especially when compared to other known brands, like Barilla. The one thing I would note with this Angel Hair MAY be ever-so-slightly bigger, and I mean SLIGHTLY, in circumference to the G&G brand "Thin Spaghetti". I have even combined the two in the same pot and was not been able to tell a difference-- neither before nor after cooking. I THINK the "Thin Spaghetti" is a miniscule fraction smaller in circumference than the Angel Hair, but in all fairness, I could be wrong as they look virtually identical. They also have the same cook times. Usually, they are priced exactly the same for the same amount, but occasionally, one will go on sale for a few cents less (10 cents) per box. Which is how I ended up mixing the two in one pot of water. Unless there's a cult-like following for their Good and Gather version of "Thin Spaghetti", I'm not sure why they make this and Angel Hair sized/styled pasta as they are virtually the same, in my humble opinion! So, if you're looking for one but only the other is available (or one is on sale), you'll likely be safe purchasing either.

Disgusting Taste Mold?
This was the second time buying this pasta and again it tastes awful. Another review had mentioned mold spots , not sure if that describes the taste we have had, but it’s inedible.

Thin Spaghetti....Not Cappellini aka "Angel Hair"
The name is slightly deceptive. These pasta noodles are actually “thin spaghetti” or an Asian noodle rather than an Italian Cappellini (aka “Angel Hair”). How can you tell? Compare it with DeCecco’s cook time of only 2 mins for Italian Angel Hair compared with the 5 mins for Good & Gather. If you’re looking for the perfect Asian stir fry compliment, these are great. If you have a picky toddler these are also great, fast, and got great compliments. However, I do NOT recommend serving to an Italian, a foodie or using with a Cappellini recipe. Stick to bronze cut dececco for $1 more.
