Q: Does this rug have jute? It doesn’t say so in the description but it smells like jute and there are small brown “hairs” coming out of the back that look like jute

    DO NOT BUY! We purchased the 10x14 and it's not at all what was pictured. It seems the design was stretched to meet the larger size rug not taking the design dimensions into account to accommodate the larger size. This drastically altered the appearance and looked terrible.

    Love this rug!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just moved into a house that has ugly laminate flooring in the entire space, so I started looking immediately for a massive area rug that was cute, functional, and most importantly, wouldn't break the budget. This rug checked all the boxes. It's beautiful and feels nice on our feet. The creases from the shipping process took about a week to go away. I was worried it wouldn't lay flat and would slide around, but the 12×15 is heavy enough to stay in place without a pad or rug tape. Would highly recommend and I will be purchasing the same pattern in various other sizes to place around our new home.

    Love the rug but ..

    (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The design is not that obvious as it seems more like faded spots. It still looks good though. It slips though as it has a stiff backing and it does slide around therefore you will need a non slip carpet liner. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, I just wish that it was non slip.

    It's even prettier in person! It anchors the room. The only negative comment, was the intense smell (but my nose is sensitive). It will eventually air out. It is a gorgeous rug and seems well crafted and will last for many years to come!

The pattern is completely absent and unrecognizable, there are big black chunks where the pattern is supposed to be.     Target Customer Service is awful

    I ordered this rug and it never showed up. Target listed it as "delivered to mail room" but I don't even have a mail room. I called to get a refund or a new rug delivered since I never received it and I was met with skepticism from the customer service rep and then they told me that if I wanted a refund or a new rug, then I would have to call my card company and dispute the charges because it was listed as delivered. Horrible customer service and Target has lost a long time customer.

    So disappointing

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug was such a let down, I should have known the sale price was too good to be true. It is INCREDIBLY THIN. Like basically as good as a bedsheet on the ground. I wanted low pile but at least there to be some cushioning. You can tell the quality of the fibers is very poor as well. The color is also misleading, the pictures online show it to have more of a cream type color, when actually it is white and has more of a cooler undertone than a warmer undertone. It changed the vibe of my room and was not what I was going for. Another disappointment.
