This product sucks it will just stop working out of nowhere for no reason there is only a 30 day limited warranty and it starts from the day of purchase, they still have to ship it so that cuts the time down then it works for a short period of time and when it's the hottest day it gives up on you. with no help or assistance. I would give it a negative 5 stars

Came without directions. Oscillating knob pulled right out of motor housing, which had a crack in it. DOES NOT PIVOT as a floor stand, just the table or wall mount. I'm sorry I didn't listen to the other reviews. PS The one star for "Quality" was a mistake!!
