This conditioner not only hydrates but it softens and reduces frizz. The only problem for me is that if you have hair prone to breakage, this might not be the right conditioner. It doesn't have enough slip. I am worried that I will lose too much hair as a result of that.

Hair loss
10/10 DO NOT recommend. After a week of using it my hair was falling out in chunks. This hasn’t happened to me since I had COVID in 2020. The only thing that I’ve changed in the last week is my shampoo and conditioner. The picture is after I brushed my after washing it. Will be getting a new shampoo and conditioner ASAP. I wouldn’t even give this product one star if I could.

This is great shampoo! I usually buy much more expensive shampoos only to be very disappointed, and I think I have tried them all. I did purchase this on a whim and very happy I did so. I have very highlighted hair that tends to be frizzy, especially during summer months. I started using this shampoo and it makes my frizzy hair very soft, blows dry perfectly, looks and feels clean and smooth. Wish it were sulfate free but doesn't change my mind about using it. I'm not sure what everyone is being negative about as if anyone has crazy, Unruly, hard to deal with hair, it is me. I can't say enough good about this shampoo. Thank you!

Great shampoo for those with scalps on oilier side
This is my go-to shampoo. I have very wavy/slight curly hair with semi-oily scalp. I wash every other day. I do use a good conditioner afterwards. For me, this shampoo is gentle and doesn't over-strip my hair. The light scent is do refreshing. I love this shampoo!!

For over a year I've been trying to look for a good chapel for my hair. My hair stick is very straight sometimes can get a bit frizzy and I was struggling with you know dry scalp and you know and it was getting oily too fast. I decided to try the shampoo because I've been trying a lot of shampoos that I was just seeing on the shelf I tried it and I recommended to anyone it's the best I've never seen such good results right away.

My hair & scalp love this!
I love this shampoo! It always leaves my hair so hydrated. I have fine 2C waves/curls and after washing with this shampoo (I don't follow up with a conditioner) I use Garnier's protein spray (the Sleek & Shine 10-in-1) and it leaves me with the most gorgeous waves! That's without my usual spray gel too, say what?! I'm assuming it's the aloe that leaves a residue on my hair, but after letting my hair completely dry it feels great (not to mention my scalp stopped itching). Because it's so moisturizing and my hair is fine/easily weighed down, it's important to me to clarify at least once a week minimum to remove the buildup. I clarify with Pantene's volume shampoo (it really strips my hair) followed by this Garnier shampoo to bring back some moisture. It's a win for me!

Horrible "CONDITIONER"
If I could I would give a -10 stars, this is the worst product I bought my whole life, I had literally ripped my hair off with the brush or I was going to have to cut it, It made is so tangled that was impossible to brush, really bad knots brush could not handle so I had to rip off some of my hair, I'm so mad at buying this product, Horrible, Horrible, this should not be called conditioner, it should be hair ripper or tangler. made my hair so dry and unable to brush off knots, also I system is not letting me upload pictures of my hair and product.
