DO NOT PURCHASE
Do not purchase these cordless lithium battery items from Tineco. They work fine for a year and then suddently stop charging, without little use and no change in operating habits. Not to mention dealing with their customer service is basically talking to a robot and requires repeat communications. Not worth the money. I wish I would have spent a little bit more to purchase a Shark or Bissell with the same capabilities.

Good suction!
I’m used to Bissells, but I chose Tineco based on seeing good reviews and the price was right. Pros: Good suction. It’ll pull up tough spots if you go over them enough. Light weight. Cordless. Cons: The solution tank is so small. Had to fill up 4 times when my Bissell normally had some left over. Doesn’t clean the grout well. The stupid yellow sticker does not come off. It’s an eye sore or, it has residue. The sticky kind that collects dirt, and I could not get it off. I spent $157. Worth it. Over $200, ehh.

So far so good. I tried my daughters and knew I had to have one for my tile floors. I had fancy steamer but I always felt like I was just spreading dirt all over !! This machine pulls up the dirty water rather than spread it!! Boy is it rewarding to see that dirty water pot out and know it's not still in my floor. With large dogs kids and grownups floors get DIRTY!!!

Mine lasted 3+ years until I used bleach to clean it . So don’t clean it with any method not in the instructions. I only ever used their solution also and it worked like a dream. RIP to a real one. Buying a new one now !

Did a horrible job first time I used it
First time I used it- filled the water to max with one tab of detergent that comes with it- mopped kitchen and living room for a total Of maybe 10 min. By the time I moved to the bedroom the tank was empty and no longer mopping wet. So I added another tank of water, just water. (Maybe that’s not recommended? But how was I gonna keep mopping?) and after that it started leaking water and wasn’t able to vaccum it. I had to stop and dry the floor with a towel.
