A: Terrible. This thing was an expensive waste of money. Leaves streaks, clogs, does not thoroughly clean and mine was defective and Tineco claims to have repaired it and yet it still doesn't run .

Just finished using this for the first time and I’m very torn on whether or not I will end up keeping it. For some background, our cleaning company was just here last week and I thought this might be a nice way to keep floors clean between monthly visits. It has been raining all weekend and with two dogs I was sure the floors were in need of some attention. We take our shoes off but paw prints are hard to miss. I was surprised at how dirty the floors were and went over them three times before the water wasn’t turning black anymore. I did two passes with the solution and one with just water. Maybe because of how dirty they were or maybe because of the cleaning solution, it also took three times before I couldn’t see streaks on the floor anymore. I think this is a great little machine if you only have one small area to clean or you have kids and want to clean up spills easily. If you’re looking to do larger areas be warned that you will be stopping every 5 minutes to empty/ refill the water containers and that the battery only lasts 20 minutes. I also couldn’t get the self clean to run until the machine had charged up again. One other downside is that you will still be picking balls of soggy wet hair out of this machine despite the self clean function. I think that’s inevitable for almost any mop machine but if you have issues with that, buy some gloves ahead of time. Overall it seems like it did a nice job of cleaning but I wish the water tanks and battery lasted longer.

OVER TIME IT GETS SMELLY AND DIRTY I love this vacuum it does the job but over time if you aren’t someone who can’t maintain cleaning it everyday the brush and tank gets really smelly and dirty. Also if you’re from Hawaii and you it breaks or need replacement the company does not ship a new one over.

I would say this is top five of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I am a naturally clean person. I have three vacuums, I have a swiffer I have mops. I have everything to just kinda get the job done, and so when I use this product, I wasn’t expecting much to come up off the floor, but when I tell you, the water was literally a grayish black color I mean it. It made my floors, super shiny, everything feels super clean, and it is hefty, but also lightweight, it works well on my hardwood floors. My only negatives that I would have to give it, would be that you really have to know the crevices that hair and debris and water can kind of build up, because if you know those places, then you can fully clean your vacuum, even though it has a self cleaning feature. So I don’t love that. I have to kind of really dig deep for those areas and look for those areas to kind of clean them out, but this vacuum is worth it. Also, my other complaint, even though I think they might have another vacuum that might do this, is that it does not work on my carpeted areas within my hardwood floor house, I have surface rugs, so it’s upsetting that I can’t also use it on my rugs. I was also really glad to have seen it go on sale, I purchased mine for 50% off at the target store, and I have been watching the prices for a while, and that was one of the best deals. Other than that, I really love this vacuum. Like I said one of the best purchases I have ever made.

When this package arrived from Target, it was actually a used/returned item. I had bought it on sale as a gift for the SIL and when she opened it, there was hair stuck in the pipes. Called customer service and was told my SIL would have to bring it into the store, get a gift card, and give me that gift card to purchase again online. What I did not appreciate was that if you use a gift card, you cannot apply the 5% off that originally came with it from using your Target debit card. So I had to repurchase with my debit card to get the 5% off and then use the gift card another time. Other than that ordeal, I own one myself and thought the vacuum mop was okay. The tank is small. I bought the ifloor 2 model when it was on sale and actually prefer the ifloor 2 over the ifloor 3. The ifloor 3's tank/pieces is a bit more difficult to put in place vs the ifloor 2.

I bought one ~a year ago. It was working nice for 5-6 months. After that, this or that problem always showed up. Sometime, problem with poor suction, self-cleaning, device showing dirty water tank full while its empty. You can do reset, works for few days then its gone again. I was going through this every now and then until recently the suction went bad completely, you press one button the device will do another. Don't trust the reveiw here who just got it. Horrible product, invest your time and money to somewhere else.

I bought this to replace my 4 year old Tineco that started leaking. (After some research, I realized there would be no fix unless I engineered my own replacement part). So I bought this Tineco ifloor Breeze. I could see that it had a shorter use time than the one I was replacing, but it was described as self cleaning and it was the same price as the former model. And it definitely does have a much shorter use time. It also leaves the floor much wetter than my former Tineco. But worst of all, it is NOT self cleaning. I took a chance on this because it was on sale. But I'm sorry I invested even $200 in this because I already know that it will not last as long, nor is it as convenient and easy to use as my old one. Far better to pay a little more for a better made product. Lesson learned.

I liked it at first, although it's not good at getting edges or corners and not good at picking up fur, but it was fairly easy to use and clean. However, after four months, it just stopped turning on. very disappointed for how much I paid.

I am shooketh about how amazing this machine is. I have limited energy/mobility, which makes cleaning my floors a chore! Once this was charged, I cleaned the floors in 5 of the 7 rooms of our house in the same 30 mins! I can't recommend this item enough!!

I bought this product because of an "influencer" and it will be the last time I ever buy something from someone's internet recommendation. First off, it does NOT charge. I leave it plugged in for hours and nothing. Then when it does work for even a few minutes, it barely sucks in things well. My $40 dirt devil cleans better! I am completely unsatisified and would never recomend this product.
