One of my best secrets for a quick and easy meal or side dish, especially when we are busy or too tired to put together a full meal. Flavor is great! We usually serve it with rice of some sort. Easily microwaved! I shared this one with one of my college aged family members, and it was a hit, too! Price point is great. Highly recommend and will definitely purchase again!

Lard? Really?
Come on... why do some of the pouched beans have lard and chicken broth? Vegans and vegetarians like me aren't going to buy these and they seem to me to be the people you're looking for. Please make these without animal products so everyone can enjoy them.

These were on sale so I decided to give them a try. Figured they would be convenient to take to work without needing a can opener. The beans are medium heat, which I would expect for something with chipotle seasoning. They are seasoned well- the cumin and chipotle are a good combination, and not too salty. I see them for a vegetarian taco salad with avocado, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and salsa. Then I but the bag in a gallon size resealable bag and had the rest the following day. Perfection.

I purchased this cumin and chipotle pinto beans from Good & Gather, and it is delicious! You heat it up right in the bag- and I would suggest heating it up a tad longer than it says. The flavors are honestly so delicious together, and there is a good size portion in the bag. Would absolutely buy again. I received an incentive to write this review.
