I’ve never built a piece of furniture with this much prep involved. The material is less than par and there is damage created every time I move onto the next step. I’m very upset and frustrated with this piece of furniture.

Beautiful book shelf

Was a pain in the butt to build, took me all day while also looking after my baby. But it's together now and looks beautiful. Just what I wanted. Read instructions carefully, wipe down all the wood with cleaner cause everything is super duty, and make sure you have a good screwdriver. If your Phillips head is too small it will strip the screws.

Good size for bedroom, terrible quality

For the cost, I was expecting better. I got it for $85 and it claims it was originally $289.99. So I thought I was getting a high quality piece for major discount. I have put together a ton of furniture over the years and this one was very cheap quality. The bolts had issues lining up to tighten and the particle board is way lower quality than other Target brand or IKEA pieces I’ve bought. That said, it fits the space well for my girls room and I like the size and shape of it for storing their books and knick knacks. We will see how long it lasts.

Sturdy and beautiful, the bookcase has a good-looking shape. It can be used to store books and miscellaneous items. There are too many children's small things and there is no place to put them at home. This cabinet solves a big problem??
