A: OLLY Sleep contains 3 mg of melatonin which has been shown to be an effective dose for promoting sleep in healthy adults. However, individual responses to any supplement can vary and some people find they benefit from a lower dose of melatonin while others benefit from a higher one. We can not make recommendations beyond the label dose, however if you need more sleep support, you might consider the new OLLY Extra Strength Sleep. It contains 5 mg of melatonin.

I would say if you have these on hand and want to use them then taking 3 would only equal 9mg of melatonin(less than the extra strength) which is still a safe dose of melatonin.

A: I would take only 1 gummie bc you might feel groggy and lightheaded if you take too much.

Therefore, most people wake up feeling refreshed and rested after taking OLLT Restful Sleep and allowing for enough sleeping time. Individuals who feel groggy after taking may be more sensitive to the effects of melatonin and could consider taking half of the suggested dose (1 gummy). OLLY Up!

This is the best Melatonin I’ve tried from Target and I just got a new bottle and the taste and texture are different from the last one. I also have a small travel size pack and those are the same as the old bottle was. They must’ve changed the formula but it’s not noted on the label? Too bad because they were perfect before and now they’re sticky and taste of artificial sweeteners.

I personally need two gummies to feel the melatonin, but sometimes one is enough for my partner. You don’t feel TOO drowsy, but enough to fall asleep fairly quickly. Definitely do feel tired over time, and it doesn’t take too long either - within the hour.

I have used this body mist for 5 years. It's a wonderful and scent long-lasting. I usually spray it daily before leaving my home. It is valuable for money. That deserves to buy and has it on my body crossing bag.

This is my favorite sleep aid to date. I don’t like products that have a ton of melatonin in them, so taking just one of these Gummies is perfect for me. It is enough to calm me down, but doesn’t knock me out so hard that I wake up feeling drowsy. I’ve purchased this product multiple times already.

I have struggled with insomnia for years, and I've tried normal melatonin and magnesium, but nothing has worked. One night, I was out of my melatonin, while melatonin doesn't work on me, it helps a bit. I decided to go across the street to the gas station I live by to see if they had melatonin. They didn't have melatonin, but they did have these gummies. I decided to try them. I followed the directions and took them 30 minutes before bed. I wasn't very hopeful, but much to my surprise, they completely knocked me out. I woke up a little tired but felt very well-rested. I immediately went out and bought a 120-pack. I have struggled for years to sleep, and these work wonderfully. Not only do these work wonderfully, but they taste great too. I'm always worried about the taste and texture when I try something new, but these exceeded all my expectations.

Like a lot of other reviewers on here, I noticed they changed the formula for these gummies. They taste and especially smell AWFUL now. It sucks because they’ve been such a great sleep aid for me the past few months. They truly smell rotten now.

I used to use these religiously; however, I did notice that it would help me fall asleep but I was waking up more during the night. Plus I believe it caused some vivid nightmares with how my body reacted to the formula. Taste is pretty good though.
