Q: I just bought this and upon first use, it keeps showing E01 and doesn't increase in pressure at all. What do I do?
A: Check to make sure you plugged into the air port on the left side and not the DC power port on the right hand side

Q: How do I change readings from pka to mmgh
A: Mine did the same. Basically you have to keep pressing "SET" and once you see KPA hurry and press "MEM" then it should give go back to mmgh then press SET again

Q: Hello, have been using this for a week now and works great but just realized the index has ti be “between the okays” but is it between the two words okay or between the two solid lines?

A: Great question! It looks like some third-party companies might offer recertification, but if not, buying a new one is usually the way to go.

Q: I sometimes get the heart notification on my blood pressure readings, its only 1 of the 3 displayed that show up. What does that mean?

Q: The monitor steadily increases pressure, with no pause, then stops and displays BP. Is this normal? Other monitors pause first.

Q: When the cuff is inflating there are several popping sounds. I've adjusted the cuff several times and it still does it.
