Cheer collection contour latex memory foam pillow
I wanted a supportive contour pillow, this was definitely not, it was way too soft and squishy, it also was heavy. It went back. I'll shop in person for this type of pillow.

High Quality Pillow
Firstly, as others have said, this being shipped in a box instead of rolled up makes a big difference. The latex is good quality and springy and definitely provides more comfortable support than most memory foam pillows. The size also makes a big difference because it allows you use the lower loft side without running into the high loft. Plus it actually fits a pillow case like a normal pillow unlike most contour pillows. Unfortunately the loft was a little too high for me (I'm 5'2" w/ a small frame) so I'm going to have to return it. But if there was a lower loft version, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

Finally! A pillow I love.
I must have ordered and returned over 15 pillows in the last few months searching for a replacement of my old latex contour pillow. I knew the moment I laid my head on this pillow that this was a keeper. It is soft and comfortable but still provides support. The height on the lower side is perfect for me. I am 5' 2". The pillow did have a slight smell when I took it out of the plastic wrapper but it was gone in a couple of days. I liked that this pillow came in a large box which conformed to its full shape. Many of the pillows I had ordered before were tightly rolled and crammed into small plastic bags. They were difficult to remove and it took some time for the pillows to reshape to the proper form. I was able to use this pillow as soon as I received it.

I really want to purchase a second as a back up.
I’ve been searching for a new pillow for at least a year! This one hit the spot! I can finally replace my outdated sleep number pillow. I even purchased a sleep number pillow with adjustable layers and returned it. This one is perfect for me.
