Doesn’t even have the right form of magnesium in it and taking the tree together I’ve learned makes them not absorb as well waste of money

So many tabs to take.
This is a good product and it helps prevent my leg cramps but you have to take several tabs at one time. That's the only reason I have a low score. I'm hoping they will be able to condense it down in the future.

This is amazing! My family depends on this to supplement much needed magnesium and calcium. Takes away the need for melatonin in our home and if you are craving chocolate you need Mag in your diet!! I have seen it reduce a craving in our teenager by just altering the dose up a bit! FABULOUS product and no concerns of what other "stuff" might be lurking in the product when you purchase Country Life! Thank you Swansons for such a great price on this too!!

my wife and I have been taking this Calcium-Magnesium with Vitamin D, and we believe it is an outstanding vitamin complex.. Better in that regard to others in the market. It is a complete source of calcium for strong bones.

Love mix of calcium w/magensium. Most calcium products add Vitamin D but that can be constipating. I couldn't find this combo at any of our local stores. Yeah Swanson!

Best supplement find
We were always accustomed to the hard, chalky calcium tabs from the drugstore. Needless to say the more potent they were the larger they got. Hard tabs seemed to take forever to dissolve in the stomach and of course managed to repeat themselves. Finding this easy to swallow and digestible calcium capsule makes it a much more pleasant experience.
