Do not buy-->Not returnable
Don’t buy this!! My product is missing the powerbank that would power this brace. And now I can’t even use and it’s not returnable according to target return policy. You would think that target would clearly indicate that this is not a product you cant return. I’ve reached out to manufacturer l-maybe they can help me.

Long time arthritis, finally have some relief
I have a couple of friends who recommended Infrared light therapy to me. I looked around for a long while before I decided to purchase this one. I have severe osteoarthritis of my right ankle that is now causing tendon problems and painful ambulation. I thought the price was reasonable and feel I got a good value. It actually does help my pain. I started out with 10 minutes, progressed to 20 minutes and now using it twice a day for 30 minutes. The warmth feels good and the pain has improved. I am also going to a physical therapist for help with pain relief through a variety of exercises that have also helped. So, using this in combination with physical therapy has been a big improvement for me. It's worth the money! I have not had any side effects from using it. My pain has gone from a 10 out of 10 to 3-4/10 on most days. I am in my late 60's and plan to continue to work longer. I look forward to using it because it has given me pain relief!

Seems to help with arthritis
Looking at the different options for light therapy boots, this one seemed to be the best. It covers more of the foot and has more lights.Putting it on and using the controller are pretty straightforward. You can control the amount of light and how long you want to use it for. You can choose to power up using a power bank if you don't want to be stuck right near an outlet.I have arthritis in my big toe joints and also in my ankles. Well I'm not able to use this as many times a day as I'd like, it does seem to be helping. I try to wear it in the evenings after work while I watch some TV.It has the added bonus of warming up my feet a bit as they are chronically cold.No complaints. Seems like very good quality.

This product is amazing, got rid of my arthritis in my toe, I use it for platars fasciitis also. Even put it on my elbow for tennis elbow. It broke unfortunately but they replaced it very expeditiously and for free.

Easy to use, love the heat settings
Heard about red light therapy use for neuropathy so decided to give it a try. Chose this therapy shoe as it is my feet that need therapy. I started using immediately and since I get pain in my feet when cold I use the heat feature and love it. After using the shoe the warmth of the feet lasts for a while and even though my numbness is still there my feet feel "light".Unfortunately, the heat stopped working after a couple weeks. That being said I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement right away and I'm once again enjoying the warming while getting the light therapy. Customer service is top notch.I also found a second use for this as I have a torn meniscus and MCL. The pain and swelling in the knee is reduced by the light therapy and heating from this as I use it by hanging the boot over the knee.Too early to tell but I hope the relief provided to my feet becomes long term as I continue to use the shoe.

Help for foot neuropathy, exactly what I wanted
I have severe neuropathy in my foot, I went to a doctor, and the treatment included infrared light therapy. So I purchased 2 red and infrared light therapy shoes.I began using the red light therapy device 3 times a day. It took a while but today I can say my neuropathy symptoms have decreased by about 85%, and I no longer take pain medication. It works by stimulating blood flow in your feet and is very easy to use. Simply put on the shoes plug it in and let it do the work.Red & Infrared therapy lights are wonderful!
