Dissapointed
Mop head does not lay totally flat on the floor when cleaning. So the ends and the middle of the mop head wet the floor but between the "ends" and the "middle" the mop does not wet the floor. Obvious design flaw.

Terrible product. Needs to be taken off the market
Ive warranted this one out 3 times. First time was the belt broke. Found that out when we decided to take it apart. 2nd was the roller stopped spinning. Sent a brand new one. That one just broke because for some reason the vacuum would drain the clean water tank. We'll unfortunately it must have caused some water damage and now it makes a loud grinding noise. No more chances. Ill go back to Tineco

Very disappointed.
I bought this and was so excited to use it. First off ( should have been my 1st red flag) the cover over the roller kept flashing. I thought it was a one time issue but no it’s Every time I go take it off the charging port. It doesn’t touch anything to jar the cover off or anything. So I bend down and press the release button and it pops off only for me to reattach it. It’s very frustrating!! I wish I would’ve returned it right away. Now I’m stuck with it and really it doesn’t do a great job cleaning. It leaves streaks and puddles of water. (No nothing is plugged ).

Best Floor Cleaner on the Market for the Price
I have had this vacuum for a year now and it is a game changer. Anyone that complains about cleaning it is either crazy or lazy. Super easy to clean and take apart. I had an issue with it leaking a little after a year and Shark is replacing it. Still under warranty apparently. You can't find service like that these days. It took less than a day for the company to get back to me and replace their product. I have tile floors, so I cannot speak to carpet or rugs, but this is the best wet/dry vacuum I have ever owned. Well worth the money. I use their cleaning solution, but have heard the same results with other solutions. It the brand name solution does not have an odor or leave a residue. If you don't want to spend all day vacuuming and mopping the floors I would invest in this product.

Disappointed
I had been searching for a wet-dry vacuum for a while, and my fiancé gifted me the Shark HydroVac for Valentine’s Day. Although it wasn't one of my top 4 choices, I was grateful for the gift. Due to a month of family medical emergencies, school, and work, I only recently had the chance to assemble it. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The sensors are misreading the tank levels claiming the dirty tank is full and the clean tank is empty when I didnt even use it yet. Even with the 'booster' mode on, it failed to remove stains that I easily wiped away with a baby wipe. Water was coming out clean despite using it on a high traffic area. There is also water on the chargi g deck when placing the vacuum to charge. The battery life is very poor despite a full overnight charge. I really wanted to love this gift, but it simply isn't performing. The price does not match performance. Very sad.

Hate it!
I was so excited about my Shark Hydrovac when I first bought it. But it has been NOTHING but a pain in the butt. I use the self-cleaning option and then I take it apart and clean the removal pieces and let dry everytime I clean. But it continuously spits dirty water on the floor, it can not pickup spills without just spreading it around, and it's constantly cutting off saying the dirty water is full, even when the tank is completely empty. I've checked for clogs and there are none. I wish I would've waiting and bought something better but we've loved Shark products in the past and thought this would be a great tool. But I have been very disappointed. The box was thrown away so there's no way to return it.

Not what I expected
I bought this about a month ago. While I was expecting a heavy duty mop vacuum, I do understand my expectations were over the top! However, I feel this vaccum doesnt even do the BARE minimum! It should just be a cordless stick vac, the suction is pretty good, however the only way your floors will be left CLEAN is if you scrub them or use a mop first. The wet feature I feel is more just for spills and then you clean the area with something else! Its ok for little everyday use. Definitely not for cleaning days!

I bought this an hour ago and after troubleshooting myself, and calling the hotline it still will not work. There is no water coming out of the clean water tank. I’m very disappointed because I wanted one of these for a long time and I saved my money up to buy it. I really need to give this zero stars.

NEED NEW BASE!!!! Overall, finnicky but good
It has a hard time staying on sometimes, its just finnicky. But what my issue is, I need a new base. I lost mine moving, but I can't find a replacement anywhere! It's not enough for me to buy a whole new machine but if I can't get a new base, I'll have to throw it away and get something else.

Dont waste your money.
Stopped working after 5 months. Cleaned it after every use. Didn’t use sprays or chemicals in it. Just hot water like it recommends. 5 months later and the water won’t come out anymore. Garbage. 200$ down the drain.

Not what I expected
I really wanted to love the Shark HydroVac, especially because the vacuum suction is actually very strong. It picked up debris and dirt well, and I was impressed with how powerful it felt when vacuuming. However, I was disappointed with the mopping performance. It consistently left streaks on my floors after cleaning, even when I followed the instructions carefully. I tried adjusting the amount of solution and going over areas more than once, but the streaking was still noticeable—especially on hard surfaces where you expect a clean, polished look. For me, great suction isn’t enough if the floor doesn’t look clean afterward. If you’re mainly looking for strong vacuum performance, it may work for you. But if you want a streak-free wash, this might not be the best option.

Low maintenance cleaning tool.
I bought this a month ago and like it. I really like the self-clean feature and the ease of use. The downside is it’s hard to get under cabinets and corners, so I still have to sweep or vacuum those and use a mop or steamer.

Not worth it
I brought this almost a year ago. And I had to return it and get another because it didn’t work correctly it seems as if someone else had it and broke it and returned it. I then got the new one it work well for three months and now it don’t and I stuck with a 350 machine that doesn’t work. I feel as if I wasted my money. When I thought it would make my life easier.

Great Tool/not durable
I recently retired to care for my disabled veteran, and having tools that make everyday tasks easier is very important to me. The Shark HydroVac MessMaster was extremely convenient, as it both sweeps and mops in one step, saving me time and effort and helping me keep our home clean with less physical strain. Unfortunately, the bottom carriage that covers the roller began to break off, and I can no longer use the machine. While it was very helpful while it worked, the durability of that part was disappointing.

Disappointed
My husband got this for me for Christmas and I was so excited for it because I’m obsessed with cleaning my floors. I wasnt super impressed the first time I used it, it sounds like it’s scratching my floors and the plastic piece over the sponge is constantly popping off. I hear the “click” when I put it back on, but it’s still just pop off constantly, making the vacuum turn off. Tonight was my second time using it and it and it was telling me my dirty tank was full and my water tank was empty and neither were true. My dirty tank wasn’t even half full yet and I’d barely finished one room. I usually love shark products but this one is disappointing. It’s nice to not have to sweep, vacuum, then mop like I usually would, but I feel like there’s better vacmops out there.
