I wanted to love this product but it will burn your eyes even if you completely avoid putting any product around your eye area. It also pills very easily with or without makeup.

Burns your eyes and its too thick. This cream is very rich and leaves your face oily. I have dry skin but even this is too much for me. And no matter what I do it goes into my eyes and mouth. Its gross and burns my eyes.

This moisturizer laid well under my makeup, protected from the sun and didn’t break me out. BUT… no matter how carefully or sparingly I apply it it always somehow gets into my eyes (which burns very bad) and even my mouth. Very unfortunate because I love their moisturizer without SPF!

I like the moisturizer overall, and the price can’t be beat for the quality. The only thing I don’t like is there’s a light after taste (since I put it all over my face, including my lips, to protect from sun as well as moisturize) that is SPFy and unpleasant. If it were possible to remove that, this would be 5 stars!

I've been using the Toleriane Double Repair Facial Moisturizer With SPF for a few years now and love it! My skin has never looked better. Plus it's nice and convenient to have the SPF built right in to the daily moisturizer.

I wanted to love this product so badly, however it gave me bad acne along my cheeks and chin. The other version without UV does not cause this issue, so if you have some sensitivity issues maybe try that instead. Also, the smell has a “sunscreen” like smell but not too bad.

I love the idea of this, but in practice it's terrible!! It makes my skin incredibly oily and makes me break out like crazy. I'll stick to the anthelios oil free SPF (though I do have separate issues with that one).

I have sensitive, mature skin and was looking for a moisturizer I could wear daily around the house with spf(we have lots of windows)however, this product caused breakouts along jawline and cheeks. It also caused both of my cheeks to turn red and felt warm to the touch! I thought this was comedogenic, yet I feel it clogged my pores because it felt heavier than my typical moisturizer (philosophy hope in a jar daily moisturizer w/spf30). Very disappointing because I use the Anthelios Mineral Zinc Oxide Sunscreen SPF 50 tinted version religiously when I go outside.

I loved the consistency of the product and how it went on (hence the extra star), however, my skin had a reaction to it. The first day seemed okay, but halfway through the second day my skin started getting really red, hot, and itchy. It was miserable. It was concentrated around my mouth, jawline, and above my eyebrows. I had to pause my normal skincare routine and work on repairing my skin barrier for a couple weeks before my skin was comfortable again. This is the first time I've every had a reaction to a skincare product. My skin is normally not too picky or problematic. After some sleuthing, I narrowed down possible problem ingredients to 5 which don't appear in anything else I've used: Myristic Acid, Myristyl Alcohol, Palmitic Acid, Dimethicone/Vinyl Demithicone Crosspolymer, or Stearyl Alcohol. I haven't used the Toleriane Double Repair moisturizer-only product to possibly exclude the myristic and palmitic acids. My suspicions from most to least likely: Myristyl Alcohol (probably?), Stearyl Alcohol, Myristic Acid, Palmitic Acid, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. Purely a guess.

I wish I would have read these reviews!! I’ve been using this for over a year now and IT ALL MAkes SENSE!! I’ve been breaking out bad with itchy burning patches.. I’ve been prescribed 2 different steroid creams for my face and the reasoning is This product .. I havent used this product in over a month and my skin looks so much better.. no steroid cream either… I loooked at ingredients and it’s alcohol in it but not in the regular moisturizer( alcohol ) for sensitive skin INSANE I would love to try the moisturizer without SPF, but now I’m scared

Well. It's feels good on the skin. It makes your skin look good... but like an hour later it's peels off your skin. Any time you touch your skin flakes of sunscreen come off.. it's horrible. The sunscreen would be great otherwise but you can't wear it alone cause it peels off and you can't wear it with anything or it peels. It's just not for me.
