    The mix was easy to make, but it did not have much flavor. Compared to your simply perfect pancake recipe. This buttermilk mix falls a bit short.

    Absolutely smashing!

    I have tried so many different pancake, and waffle mixes, and this is by far the best. My local grocery store malted variety runs a close second, but these pancakes are light and fluffy and just right. If you like a good pancake, try this. I haven’t yet tried it with a waffle variant as I’ve not had a lot of good luck with waffles from pancake mix, but I’m gonna give it a go.

    Bad ingredient

    Your mix includes an ingredient call monocalcium phosphate. Any ingredient with any type of phosphate in it is extremely bad for anyone with kidney problems, especially kidney failure.

    So easy yet so fluffy and yummy

    We love how the mix only has simple and natural ingredients. The ingredients are what we would use making it from scratch. But with busy life, it is so helpful to be able to whip it up with just water. We love the mix at all times, but especially for camping.
