Honest Opinion and Results

I have been taking the Relax Mushroom Gummies for about 2 months now (2 gummies in the evening), and I can see significant difference in not only my quality of sleep but a change in my overall well being throughout the day. This wasn't a dramatic instant result, I wasn't ready to fall asleep immediately after taking it. Over the course of a month, I just noticed I was doing better.

my first time trying these this morning! I took 2 and I could feel it start working then it leveled out and my body and my mind feel magical that's the only way I know how to describe the effects. I love these relax gummies! After a long day, take a couple relax gummies to wind down , destress and relax . I take these everyday to chill out after dinner or before bed, they really work and taste good too.

I am trying to find something to help stress relief.It has a tasty blueberry flavor.I take two a day.Seven carbs and four sugars are not to bad.I thought it was a little high in cost but what isnt now a days.I have a lot of stress so did it work?Maybe I will buy again.the taste taste good no after taste.

Nightly Routine

Great product, meh taste.

Was super excited for this new offering, have been looking for an adaptogen for relaxation sans melaton in gummy form. Unfortunately I think the recipe can use a bit of work though.
