    Life saver

    I've only had the vibration plate a few days and it's been better than I hoped. I have one bad knee that I hurt while riding my Harley, I've had three back surgeries, so my running days are over, and I recently had half my right kidney removed to take out Renal Cell Carcinoma. The Vibration plate has helped keep me in shape.
