I like the mechanical feel better than my old keyboard! The footprint is not taking up as much room either. I don't have to worry about losing wireless connection with the wired board.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Logitec 845 is a great example of a modern mechanical keyboard. It has the clickity clack one would appreciate plus several queues to the previous generations of keyboards. An added bonus is the illumination patterns to let all who use it know that this Logitec is up to date. I have it plugged into an HP monitor hub with a usb-c hot port so anyone can plug in their laptop and instantly begin using the keyboard. The keyboard works moderately well with macOS (use the windows key as cmd) and is smooth with any Windows and Chrome machine. Build quality is solid as well. Value exceeds price. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the keyboard. It types very nicely and with a slight touch. Not as quiet as advertised but that is not a problem. I wish it was brighter. I have trouble with my eyes and chose the blue because I thought it would be better. The only problem I have is it's not illuminate enough and therefore it is harder for me to read the keys. But over all I am very satisfied with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed another keyboard for my camp, and in my home office I use an earlier version of this keyboard with the red mechanical switches for fast touch typing. Relaxing at the camp and using the computer in the evening, I decided to go with the illuminated keyboard, and the softer Brown mechanical switches. I am very happy with this choice. For smooth touch typing with ease, this full-size mechanical keyboard is superior.

I do wish that there was more compatibility with Logitech software (G Hub, Logi Options+, etc.), but for the price, it is a great keyboard and I love the tactile feel and hefty weight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have arthritis and finger control is not good. The wide spacing of K845 makes it easy to use. Also the positive clicks help make sure od good contact. Quality is good as the K840 lasted over 10 years.

I chose the K845 mechanical with brown switches because I wanted an illuminated mechanical keyboard that wasn't overly loud and clicky. The switches are relatively quiet but produce a satisfying click, one that I desired over a mushy key. The illuminated keys are excellent as I prefer a lower light environment to work in. The keys are set up high off the board itself allowing anything that may fall onto the keyboard to simply slide off and not get lodged. The K845 is a wired system which I bought specifically. I don't wish to spend additional money just to have to replace batteries or worry about charging a keyboard. The wired connection works for me and I don't need anything else. For the price, I don't think there is a better mechanical keyboard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is well made and the key action is smooth. It is supposed to be a quiet model but by my standards it is quite loud. The key height is an issue; too tall. After using this for a week, I think I very much prefer a non-mechanical keyboard but that is not the fault of this product. I can say that the letters and numbers on the keyboard are hard to make out - overly stylized and not clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE IT! Simple to hook up. The backlit keys with variety of patterns, able to adjust the brightness. I’m not interested in a fancy keyboard with lots of “bells and whistles.” This one, for me, is perfect. Only improvement needed is to make the letters, numbers and symbols on the keys more legible. Other than that, a big thumbs up.
