    Not worth the money

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s nice in theory but it is an extremely hard plastic material, is extremely small and yet still slips out of my hands and hits me in the face(so not great for people with actual pain) it is also painful to my hands to hold and use it. I am short and small and yet it is too small for me. It is fairly heavy too. Compared to a better one I have this is just garbage. Don’t waste your money

    Very helpful

    This works really good. I originally wanted a metal one just because it’s heavier, but this works really good and I just stash it under the couch and use it every night. It’s been helping that tight knots near my shoulder blades. I like it a lot my physical therapist told me to get one

    Amazing engineering design! Works better than electric massagers

    This is PEAK engineering! Injured my back in the military decades ago and have spent hundreds of dollars on electric massagers since then that have only somewhat helped and are hard to use. This is Muscle Hook is amazing! Great design and doesn't strain your muscles to use. Also, easy to store when you travel. I wish I would have had it decades ago.

    Great for reaching those tense muscles in the upper back and shoulder blade area. Unwieldy, challenging to get a decent hold on and still apply enough pressure. Five stars because it is better than other options and it does work when you contort in just the right way. Good deal ON SALE but definitely not worth regular price.

    Small and Scratchy

    Purchased for my brother who is 6' and 160 lbs. Too small to go over his shoulder! Also plastic has unfinished raw casting edges... scratchy if used in bare skin. Shipped in a cardboard box twice as big as necessary with a lot of packing plastic inside. Not really eco friendly.

    Cost effective back pain relief

    My husband is a fighter pilot and has had back issues for years. He’s been begging for one of these for months. The minute it arrived he started using it and was so thankful to have something to help for pain at home in between physical therapy sessions.
