Whey protein (as found in breast milk) is added to promote gentler digestion, and prebiotics support the development of gut flora and a healthy immune system. Each serving provides 31% of the daily value of iron to support brain development and 31% of the daily value of calcium to help build strong bones and teeth.

Q: My baby is milk intolerable ever since she was 2months. Now she’s 7months. I would like to try this cereal with her since it’s a flavored one. Would you think she would have a problem since it’s made with whole milk grass fed cows?

  • A: If your baby has a cow’s milk intolerance, I’d be cautious with our oat cereals because they do contain dairy (whole milk and whey), so they may still trigger symptoms even though they’re flavoured. I’d recommend checking with your paediatrician before trying it, especially if your baby was diagnosed with a cow’s milk protein allergy or has had ongoing reactions.

I received this product for free from pinchme in exchange for my honest opinion. My children liked the taste of this and it is really easy to make. The texture is a little weird but it's great for kids who are just starting on solids. I would recommend to new parents.

A must have

Very healthy oats that is easy to prepare and consume. It does not cause stomachaches and can easily be digested. It has a ver y nice taste becasue of having apples and cinnamon. I am sure your baby will love it.

Strange texture

This has a good flavor and is easy to make. However the texture is not normal oatmeal texture. It is a fine ground texture. The texture is not my favorite. It’s great for a healthy breakfast but it reminds me of the baby oatmeal.

In terms of the texture, what you’re noticing is expected for this product: it’s made using whole grain oat flour (as shown on the ingredient list), rather than traditional rolled oats, so it mixes up much smoother and finer — which can feel more like baby oatmeal than a “classic” chunky porridge.

Seems high quality

I loved this product and was very impressed. I’m always on the search for high quality products and my baby loved this. It smelled great and it seemed like my baby enjoyed it. I would definitely buy Kendamil oat cereal again. I received this as a free sample for my honest review.

Kendamil - Apple Cinnamon

My daughter likes this cereal, she couldn't eat it fast enough. I can make it easily without having to add stuff for flavor.

Smells Like Home Cooking – Baby Loves It!

This cereal is a huge hit in our house! The apple and cinnamon scent is so cozy and natural—it smells like a fresh bowl of oatmeal rather than processed baby food. I love that the ingredients are so clean (no palm oil or added sugar!) and that it already contains whole milk, so you only have to add water. It has a perfectly smooth texture that’s gentle on my baby’s tummy, and the hint of cinnamon is just enough to make it interesting without being too strong. Highly recommend for a nutritious, easy breakfast!
