Soft and cleansing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging was the on brand head and shoulders labeling. Bottle was easy to grip in hand . Hair felt clean and soft afterwards, moisturizing and not stripped or dry which was nice my hair had its usually curly volume and I don't typically have dandruff buildup up, but my scalp was left very clean.

Stubborn dandruff requires consistent frequent use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve waited a while to leave this review to try different ways of using this product. First, it definitely smells good from the get go and utilizing both the shampoo and conditioner helped my hair be softer. I had cut my long curly hair right before getting these products so this is an eval on short hair. The dandruff is the biggest aspect. If I didn’t wash everyday the dandruff didn’t decrease. This may be due to my hair and scalp, I don’t know much about about dandruff, it washing with both daily definitely improved my dandruff after a week or two and my hair was so dang soft. I was running my hands through it daily, honestly, cause of how soft it was.

Good for coarse hair

It goes on really nice it doesn't feel like it's drying my hair and tangling it like some shampoos do! It suds up really nice it feels like I'm getting a deep clean without stripping my oils and drying my scalp! After rinsing it out my hair feels soft and full of life!
