    Love it

    The only complaint I have is the bottles are hard to squeeze the shampoo out of and right now I broke my wrist and am in a cast and of course it’s my right had so it’s very difficult to squeeze the bottles. Had to have someone squeeze the shampoo and rinse in cups so I can use. Other than that I love the shampoo. Please make a liquid for the purple shampoo and rinse!

    Worst packaging ever. I literally had to get out of the shower wet and find sizzors to break the top off. Who cares what's inside if you have to break the container to use it.

    Great for thin, fine hair!

    Finally found a conditioner that doesn’t weigh down my thin, fine hair! Will be my go-to from now on. Also love that the scent is light and fresh. The bottle design isn’t great, but I store it upside down and that has helped a lot.

    Finally Volume!

    This conditioner is the first to ever actually give my hair much needed volume! It’s lightweight and doesn’t weigh my fine density hair down at all. And it smells SO good!

    I really like the product inside but getting it out of the bottle was a task. I had a cut the bottle in half with a razor knife to get all product out. When I did this there was still half the product inside. I also feel the bottle did not open properly.

    Love this sent!

    The product itself smells great and works well on 2B colored hair. However, as an ADA warning, the bottle’s lid is difficult to open (use extra strength) and I recommend storing it upside down as the thick conditioner can get stuck in the bottom of the bottle.

    i love the scent of the shampoo and conditioner, i would not buy it again unless they changed the containers. Its very hard to pour it out due to the press type of lids. and the opening is very small so im basically fighting a bottle in the shower which is my zen mom .

    My new favorite!

    I love love love this conditioner! It smells sooo good! It also is much easier to use than the bar soap. I immediately fell in love with these products, but the liquid version in my opinion are next level! I found that the liquid version had much more of a softer feel after use vs the bar version & that it coated all over a little more. I would recommend this to anyone!

    Works great but...

    I’ve started using this a week ago and my limp hair finally has some life to it. The scent isn’t overpowering for it being rosemary. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s extremely hard to get any product out of the bottle. I have to squeeze and smack it hard to get anything to come out.

    I like it a lot!

    I have the rosemary and biotin shampoo and conditioner - as someone who’s struggled with volume and currently postpartum hair loss. This duo has been great. Even when my hair is straightened it looks fuller than before, which has never happened for me with any other shampoo and conditioner. My only issue I’ve noticed is at least initially it seemed to slightly dry my scalp which made me a little itchy.
