    Hair fall out

    When i use the shampoo and conditioner in my hair it makes my hair fall out very badly.

    Smells great but leaves my hair very greasy

    Unfortunately it makes my hair feel really gross as soon as I get out of the shower. I have given it a try a few times thinking maybe I didn't rinse it out all the way the first time, but it just doesn't work for me. However, I do love the smell and the cute bottle is always a plus so that's why I gave two stars :)

    the packaging is so cute and girly which i love. it actually makes my hair sooo glossy and soft like it’s intended to do. it’s pretty affordable and you get a big amount for your buck. i have thin hair but a lot of it and it doesn’t weigh it down at all. thin hair approved at least in my personal experience and i have low porosity hair :) 10/10 recommend!

    LOVE this conditioner for medium-thick hair!

    Gonna be honest, I was taken aback by the poor reviews. I have medium-thick porous dark blonde hair. I’ve had my share of battles with bleach, hot tools, etc. This conditioner immediately made my hair feel silky, and it dried EXPONENTIALLY less frizzy than prior shampoo/conditioner combos I’ve tried. (Including Olaplex, Redken AllSoft, and other bond repair lines) Is this a conditioner meant for thin hair? - probably not. Should you bring it up all the way to your roots? - Again, no. Sometimes these bad reviews are due to user error, not the product itself.

    Gross feel

    I wanted to love this cold conditioner so much but unfortunately it was a total fail. It made my hair feel like it had a gross residue on it it didn't feel soft or moisturized. It was awful. I liked the scent a little bit it was a little bit strong but other than that this condition is a fail for me.

    Amazing

    I saw this in the store today and opted it versus the purple hydration one and am so glad I did. I am in love with the smell of this one that it is also our bodywash leaving a fabulous smell on your body. Can we just make a body wash version so it's cheaper on the pocket book.

    Nice Conditioner with one Drawback

I notice that I have less tangles in my hair and shed less when I use this product. Like the shampoo, the conditioner makes my hair super glossy and smooth. While I do like this conditioner, I notice it can make my hair a tad but greasy the next day.

    Great for my super long, dense but fine hair

    I have very fine hair, but a TON of it, and its long, almost to my waist. I struggle to find something that makes my hair feel smooth, moisturized and tangle free, but not greasy or weighed down. And doesn't cost a fortune, since I have a ton of hair and go through product so fast. This is it! I was using the hyaluronic acid one, and it was very meh. It didn't weigh my hair down much, but it still felt dry at the ends. With this, it has body, but it'd silky and shiny. Please don't get rid of this line!!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the scent on this as well as the shampoo. It has this amazing salon mixed with bubblegum scent. It definitely is strong so if you’re sensitive to fragrance, I would skip this. I liked how shiny this made my hair after using but feel like it weighed down my hair some. I have wavy hair, and it definitely wasn’t as naturally wavy after using this compared to some other conditioners I’ve used in the past. If I was planning on doing a sleek hair look, I think it would be great to use because it really does give me shine and cuts a lot of the frizz. I did feel like I had to use quite a bit of product to really feel like I was getting it through all of my hair (waist length) though.
