Ninja CREAMi 7-in-1 Ice Cream Maker

I had it and used it for a month, loved it, but it broke and started making FIRE SMELLS I tried to replace parts, nothing worked, actually a waste !!!!! lolololol i hate u ninja we have beef also its really loud

Ikept seeing adds for this and thought I need to change my sweet tooth so I gave it a try and I don't think I will ever go back to store bought ice cream again. Now I know whats in it, and I even bought a recipe book specically for healthy options and adding in protein powder. I only think for the price it should come with more containers.

Love the smoothness of the ice cream and smoothie bowls. It is a bit loud, but worth the little bit of noise for the overall quality of what you make.

I have had this machine for 2 years now. I’ve used the Creami maybe 50 times tops, and it has bitten the dust. I would say that this was my worst kitchen purchase to date. Here’s why: 1. You must make the base a full 24 hours in advance. No whipping stuff up on a whim. 2. It’s a poor design. If the cup isn’t in exactly right, the machine won’t work. I’ve never one time had this machine run without finagling the lid or the cup. 3. It didn’t come with any instructions or recipes. 4. It’s not user friendly let alone child friendly. I feel like this should have been something tweens should be able to use unsupervised. They literally aways need help- not with the recipes. They need help with the stupid machine and lining up the lid.

Extremely disappointed. I bought this machine 2 years ago. It worked great. It just started flashing an install light, I called ninja and they said they can’t do anything about it and I had to pay for a new one. For how expensive this is and clearly it is a mechanical issue the fact that they won’t replace it is insane.

I bought this to make "healthier" versions of my favorite ice cream. I toss in a protein shake and some fruit and I have a guilt free frozen treat. It is a little loud and does take some prep but I think its totally worth it.

I have been wanting a Ninja Creami for a long time and finally caved and bought this one. It worked great and as expected. It has many different options and I have yet to even try them all, but the stuff I have made has been so simple and delicious. The only issue I have with this product is just the noise. The machine is very loud and living in an apartment I am worried every-time I use it that everyone can hear it. Besides that, this machine has been great and works amazing. Its quality is good and it is simple to clean and make any type of frozen treat!

It is so incredibly loud that I am not comfortable using it in an apartment. It sounds like a power saw, and it is not a quick process to prep for the ice cream then make it. You must prep your mix 24 hours in advance, so plan for your cravings. If the machine was quick with the loud noise maybe it would be okay, but it takes an extended period of time and often needs to be respun. Don’t do it.

I freaking loved this thing. Everytime I use it, it smokes and the blade flies off into the pint and shards of metal come off the blade. This is incredibly dangerous and Ninja refuses to replace. Ninja says this is my fault because my pints are not level enough but there are no fruit solids, I set them flat in the freezer and as I have no control over how liquid sets when it is frozen. They are trying to wash their hands of a common, known, dangerous design flaw. I own 3 NInja appliances and will never buy another.

I have not tried the machine yet, but it came and looks used and the box was damaged. The ninja itself has hair and fuzzy’s all over it. Disgusted!!

This was a gift for my daughter. She loves it.

This is an insanely overpriced blender (that can’t even blend ice or fruit). You have to mix everything before you put it in the blender and turn it into “ice cream”. We bought this because as a family of four it seemed like a quick fun thing to do with the kids but were extremely disappointed when we had to wait 24 hours for the mixture to freeze. You can buy an actual ice cream maker for $50 lol. Safe to say I’ll be returning this and buying a real ice cream maker.

Definitely gets the job done and I am a big fan of making my own protein ice cream!! - Is it loud?? Heck yes it is. - Do you have to spin in a few times?? 100% - Do you have time?? 24hr freeze, 10min to spin/add toppings Would I buy again or recommend? YES

I really wanted to love this machine as I had seen tons of videos with people making “healthier” protein ice cream, but this machine has some major issues that you should consider before purchase. 1) People are not lying when they say how loud and obnoxious this thing is. The noise level genuinely made me question how this thing made it on the market. It was a terrible sound, especially since my ice cream cravings hit hardest at night. 2) There’s no cleaning cycle. You can’t manually lower the metal stalk so you’re unable to clean it. Plus, the plastic lid is covered and doesn’t allow for easy cleaning either. 3) Blade can easily scratch and become detached from machine. Even after following all the directions, the blade became scratched on the inside after the third use. 4) Product lacks quality and durability. I kept the machine for a total of about one week and really wanted it to work out, but everything about the apparatus seemed poorly designed. I can’t see this thing lasting long enough to be worth $200.
