This product was sent to me by the company to test it out and see what I thought of it and from the very beginning there’s difficulties. The lid is so complicated that I have no idea how anybody that does not have a good grip strength would be able to open it. The product was promising because each was individually wrapped, but from the moment of opening it, the spices they use are so incredibly strong that almost burns your nose I took one bite and immediately had to spit it out, it was the most disgusting taste I have ever had. So to be able to give you any form of review on this product it’s not possible because I couldn’t even pallet the taste So to ask if I would recommend this product, the answer would be absolutely not

I have been using them for a few weeks now and to be honest with I have noticed some small improvement with the hot flashes and the brain fog. What I don't like about them is the flavor it's very strong a little too strong for me.

The strawberry mango flavor has a sweet fruity but bitter earthy taste - it’s not bad but takes a bit to get used to and doesn’t go away very quick. I really couldn’t tell that they did anything. I’m going to try for a little longer to see if they just take time before giving up.

The bottle is extremely hard to open, requiring you to press down and twist at the same time. Women have small hands, the lid is too wide to grip, making the whole process frustrating before you even get to the product. The supplement itself is a chewy sticky consistency very similar to a popular fruit chew. The taste is unpleasant, a strange mix of bitter berry and herbal flavors that made me only eat one and never go back. So I have no idea if the product works because I couldn’t get past the bad taste and the infuriating lid.

They’re supposed to taste like strawberries and peach. I wouldn’t say the taste is spot on but it’s not bad. The jar seemed to have a fair amount and the packaging was nice. They were easy to open and smelled like they tasted good. But holy smokes!, after about four chews, I had to split it out. It was so gross. It tasted like terribly flavored plastic and left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. Unfortunately, I will not be using these so I can’t tell you anything more. I will share them with a friend and see if their response is the same.

They are almost like taffy and are sticky and yes they stick to your teeth. It softens but it's still pretty sticky and the taste is....well ...it's not good. I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth but I'll survive. Not sure if keep buying these. Maybe if it was an easy to swallow pull but these chews are icky.

All the ingredients are natural and is for all stage of menopause. I can’t comment on hot flashes because that’s one symptom I don’t suffer from. The downside is that they are hard to chew and the taste is not great or even good actually.
