I just started using these again but I used to use them years ago and they work miracles! In a year, I have tried out different hair vitamins to take and none of them worked for me. I took Sugarbear Hair vitamins in the past, but I stopped for some crazy reason! The first of this year, I started taking Sugarbear Hair vitamins again and I can really tell a difference. My hair is thicker than it was in the past and my nails are as hard as a brick!
