The mat is lies flat at first. But when an office chair is used on it, edges eventually bend upwards. This causes the rollers to get caught whenever the chair rolls off the edge. The rollers also leave marks on the mat.

This mat is designed to be used on low pile carpets up to 1/4 ‘’ thick, including the carpet underlay, for 2- 3 hours of daily use. Under the correct application, this mat should remain flat while in use and can be easily folded away for convenient storage.
