    Tension issues with clamp & barrel

    Wanted to love this, but the tension is not evenly distributed along the whole length of the clamp & barrel, so you can’t slide the hair through whatsoever. It creates creases & crimps, not as a result of the clamp itself, but from the hair getting stuck while curling & releasing. Even for someone skilled with hot tools, there’s almost no way to get perfect curls unless you don’t use the clamp at all. Or I guess if you get lucky, and get one where the tension is even.

    Kristin really did her rhing with this one

    I am so blown away by this curling iron. It has all the bells and whistles of much higher end hair tools, looks sleek and pretty, and delivers on the blow out look in just a few short minutes. I did less than 10 curls in my fine but thick boob length hair and in the span of less than 10 minutes and brushed it out, sprayed it with her texture spray and multiple people complimented my hair. Cannot rave about this enough.

    do not buy. this product doesn't work. my hair doesn't have any issues holding a curl but my hair was flat within 10 seconds after using this product. not worth it..I ended up returning it immediately.

    Terrible

    This curling iron literally does not work. I have tried countless times with this iron and every time my curls fall out within SECONDS. All my cheaper irons work perfectly compared to this. Do not waste your money.

    Save your money

    My hair gets caught in the clamp and it ends up getting ripped out. My hair isn’t too fine nor too thick so I know it must be the way the product is designed because I haven’t had this issue with other hair tools. Giving this product two stars because it does make my hair look healthy on the rare occasion that I use it.

    THINK I KINDA LIKE IT

    Let’s start out by saying the reviews for this product are not great. I decided to purchase it anyway and it actually works better than expected. This shouldn’t be labeled as a curling iron because it simply does not curl. However, it does give blowout results.

    Long term damage

    I loveeeeddddd the way my hair turned out when I styled it with this. Unfortunately, it damaged my hair severally. I'm not sure what it's made of or why it had that affect on my hair vs my other curling iron, but truly, after only a handful of using this curling iron, my hair is super damaged from top to bottom. Will have to cut so much off to try and repair 😭

    LEAVES CREASES NO MATTER WHAT

    This iron heats up so much that when you do one curl, it creases your hair so BAD. I have to turn it off to use it once it cools down to be able to get a curl without a crease.
