To Pair the Letsfit Earbuds. 1) Make sure the earbuds and your Bluetooth device are next to each other or within 3 feet. 2) Open the charging case and the earbuds enter pairing mode. 3) Turn on the Bluetooth of your Bluetooth device. 4) In the list of found Bluetooth devices in your Bluetooth device, choose "T20" to pair. DO NOT WORK

I already owned a pair in the color orange! They still work and work great i just wanted a second paid to keep at work. I was sent a box that clearly had been opened. U can see nail marks where someone opened it prior, and no tape to keep it closed or plastic wrapping. The earbuds never turned on. The case took a charge but the earbuds did not. Save yourself the hassle and do not buy these.

Dissapointing purchase

Earbuds do not take a charge. The case charges but doesn’t charge the actual earbuds. Such a disappointment bc I have a white pair that worked for 5 years until I accidentally washed them.

Couldn’t get earbuds to connect Bluetooth at first, when I finally did get it to connect, only one earbud works bc only one will charge. I brought these about two weeks ago & can’t return! DO NOT BUY THESE! Same exact things is happening w/ a friend.

Defective Product

The case charges, but the earbuds do not. They don’t turn on or connect to Bluetooth. There is no information online to troubleshoot beyond just trying again which obviously doesn’t help.

Stay in place!
