A: More than happy to help! Firmly hold the bottom of the handle while rotating the top counter-clockwise. Insert 2 new AAA batteries as indicated inside the brush handle and firmly rotate clockwise back into position to close. Hope this helps!

I really dislike this toothbrush because of the design of the handle part. It feels like the handle sticks out but the brush head is set back so it’s very hard to get the brush head flush against my teeth. I actually bought a different one and threw this away. Very disappointed.

Best toothbrush that I've used

This toothbrush has been my go to for a long time cause the vibrations from it help get in my heard to reach spots its so easy to use and the battery lasts so long ive had my tooth brush for just under a year and I havent head to replace the battery yet its so soft on my gums most toothbrushes make my gums bleed. It cleans so well. It comes already assembled in the package its so easy to open and start brushing

No circular motion. No harsh bristles against my teeth. Great battery-lasting on the toothbrush because was worried that it was going to last, maybe 3 days max. However, it lasted about a week and that's awesome!!! I would definitely be buying another one for my husband to try out.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This toothbrush was great to try. The vibrating bristles give me the feel of a whole mouth better brush. The bristles are soft but do not spin, this is vibration only. The operation is simple, a one touch button in the center with a second smaller button to turn it off. I do not believe the bristles some coated in charcoal as some other brands advertise.

Disclaimer: I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This toothbrush is simple and straight forward. It is unbeatable for the price. It is perfect for travelling or as a temporary tooth brush. I will use it for travel because it is both electric and slender. My only complaint is that I think Colgate should reduce the plastic packaging and plastic components on their toothbrushes.

I have used other electric toothbrushes and this Colgate 360 vibrate deep clean toothbrush cleans my teeth well! The battery will hold up for about a week before needing to re-charge.

Bristles are soft but still felt like it got those tougher to reach areas. Felt like it gave me a good cleaning. All around looks and feels good except the soft plastic around the "off" button. Like I may end up damaging it trying to push the button down.
