Paid for it and never received!!! Target.com didn’t replace order or refund, awful customer service support, my order was delivered to someone else it was my daughter Christmas gift , and I had to go shopping to spend even more money for another gift , had I known Target would do that at Christmas and my hard work money just gone I would never buy from Target , no one from Target.com helped me to get my order, they only kept saying it was delivered and my two items wasn’t and I was home waiting for delivery.

I’ve used Alexa since the first one came out. I decided to upgrade and I’m glad I did. The sound quality on this speaker is great! Super clear audio. Set up and connecting was super easy. Only complaint is I wish it was a tad bit louder. I think it would be great for a bedroom or bathroom if you want to listen to music but in terms of a social setting I don’t think it would hold up too good. I like my music deafening loud so if you don’t want that then this speaker would be great for you. Still overall I’m super happy and would buy another one.
