APEC Water Systems ES Replacement Filter for APEC Water Reverse Osmosis Systems

I signed up for auto reorder for filters about a year ago. It is great because I don’t have to keep track of when it’s time to replace my filters. When the new filters arrive, I just put them in.

I have ordered many times from your website and then the last time I was set up for auto renewal without knowing it. The filters showed up and I was charged for them when I did not want them yet. The website is deceiving in that you have to uncheck a box to not be on auto renewal. You have a good product at a good price. You do not need to use these business practices to grow your business. I am disappointed that this happened and may choose another supplier for my filter elements.

Our water tastes SO much better. I continue to test just with a TDS meter. It continues to be 0. It was 325 without Apec. We love it!

I live in Monterey, CA. When I gained access to the pre-filters, I was appalled at the dirty state of the sediment filter. I am very glad to have the APEC reverse osmosis system. I was so appalled that I took the filters to the CalAm water office to show them how dirty they were. They didn't take responsibility for the state of the water and blamed me for not changing the filters more often!

Easy to install. I had to replace the original tank because it would not keep pressurized after about 7 years.

Well, after installing the new filters my RO system worked for about 3 to 4 days and now no water output. Help???

the filters are great! but ordering them was difficult. I'm used to calling and they pull up my account and order my filter set every spring in March. This March it wasn't easy I had to go through a lot of red tape for the agent to order my filters. I will be calling next March and have to order the top filter which is only ordered every 5 years. I hope the system is better by then. We had the say Apec system installed in our new house as the old house we lived in for 17 years as we like the result.

You changed something and I am seeing a lot more particles in my water now. Also, I did not need to change my filters so soon, so this was a waste of money.
