The Jolie Replacement Filter - Beauty Studio

We use calcium citrate to neutralize our acidic well water. Within 1 or 2 uses, the Jolie filter clogs and becomes useless.

The filter is easy to change and it feels good knowing the water is cleaner.

It does make the shower water better on hair and skin. But, one morning the head just flew off! Not good so back to the old shower head.

I haven’t been able to get the shower head apart for two filter changes now. How am I supposed to get that apart? Advice?

I used to dread my nightly shower—it was just one more chore standing between me and bed. Now? I’m practically counting down the minutes until my evening spa appointment. And by “spa,” I mean my own bathroom with my Jolie shower head. The water pressure is PERFECT (so relaxing), and I haven’t had a single eczema breakout in the two months since we switched. Also, my hair is seriously thanking me for the change. Obviously, that’s just my personal experience, but I couldn’t be happier.Never thought I’d become someone who looks forward to showering, yet here we are. Life-changing? Honestly, yes. Cannot recommend it enough!

It's not stopping the hard water, want stop the water filter subscription, not doing anything for me. Also I can't install it because of the arthritis in my hands, I have to find someone to do it me.

Switch the shower head out. Saw no improvement and it didn’t have the water pressure we like.

We have enjoyed our Jolie shower head and filters for years. Within the last year, the filters have been underperforming and causing the water to slow to just above a trickle after 2-3 weeks of use. I have contacted customer support, who assured me that nothing has changed with the filters (hard to believe). I have submitted videos of the problematic filters compared to a regular cheap shower head, received free filters, and still the most recent filter did the same thing - water slows to just above a trickle, less than half the normal water flow and pressure. Disappointing that something that worked so well for years, now has an issue like this.

I have tried to really give this a chance, however have been disappointed with the purchase. It claims to not change the pressure of the water, but the stream has significantly less pressure than both previous of my showerheads. For $150, it would also be nice to at least have different stream settings. When it came time to replace the filter, my shower head would not unscrew. I tried soaking it, rubber gloves, white vinegar, asking a man for help. It will not come off. I’m going to go back to my previous filter and shower head. I believe the product does a good job filtering the water, but for the price point I expected higher quality and better performance from the product.

I was skeptical at first, is this showerhead really as good as they say it is. Actually, it's better. I love it. I wish I would've made the switch years ago. I have very sensitive skin and am prone to hair fall and skin irritations/breakouts. I have noticed an improvement in both areas. Highly recommend, if you are on the fence about, just please do yourself the favor of trying it out.

I did not know how bad my water was until I started using Jolie. I’ll never go back to a regular shower again. Totally worth the cost!

I like the idea of having filtered water for my showers but I must admit after about eight months of use I cannot see any meaningful differences. My skin has not cleared up at all and my hair color continues to fade easily which were the main reasons I was trying this out. Changing the filter and reinstalling the shower head is also a much bigger pain than was advertised. I wanted to love this, but I would honestly probably tell someone else looking into this filter to pass on it. I will say it does look nice in my shower which is a positive, but only a very minor perk.

Really like the filters and the auto refill. We live in Houston which has notoriously hard water, so having the Jolie filter has improved the effects to our skin and hair.

As I said, the showerhead should be much larger. Not sure that it makes a big difference.

I was gifted this shower head two and half years ago, and I did not realize that it was single handedly battling my eczema for me. I had recently been experiencing crazy skin out breaks and eczema hot spots until I realized I hadn’t been using my Jolie showered head since I had moved 5mo ago. As soon as I replaced my filter and re-installed it, my skin felt instantly calm after my first shower. My skin no longer burned and crawled, and no more dermatitis on my face. I felt the difference in less than 24hrs, I was so relieved I almost cried. I had even visited a dermatologist for my eczema from how bad it was affecting my daily life, and I’m surprised that my shower water was never questioned.

Florida water is so harsh....Jolie has made a huge difference and I truly appreciate the convenience of having a replacement sent every 3 months.
