    Knock off

    It came used, and maybe I’m mistaken but I don’t recall reading this is a refurbished item ??? There was scratches and it was also a knock off! You can get the same thing, brand new from the Apple Store. I suggest doing that!

    Bad unit stopped working will not charge

    Remote stopped working and wound but charge just outside of return window. And Siri never worked on it. I am filing a warranty claim.

    Great Remote

    While this has always been a great remote, unfortunately I had to purchase a new one because after a couple of years the original remote that came with the Apple 4K unit just quit working despite trying everyhing I could find online to try and get the remote to work. So, while you can do everything that you might possibly need to do with this remote it does seem that the remote to the Apple 4K quits working a a point while the Apple 4K unit continues to work.

    New Remote

    This has the same charge port as the newer Apple products so charging is way quicker. Physical Power button is kinda nice too. Old remote which wasnt even that old just stopped charging and wouldn’t respond so I had to get this.

    Better than Apple Remote

    I like the size and weight, it’s easy to use, much more substantial and in my slightly arthritic hands than the actual Apple Remote. I dislike that is doesn’t have voice activation which I really miss!
