A: if you google the manual it does show that there's an extension hose.

The vacuum overall performs great for my household with a golden retriever and long haired humans. I would still recommend it to others and I don’t regret the purchase but the belt broke about 6 months after use. It’s more annoying than anything (hopefully this may just be a quality issue of the part that Bissell can fix in the future for their vacuums.)

I am very disappointed with this product and customer care at Target. Like other reviews there is a burning smell whether or not the belt needs to be changed, I barely used this but unfortunately it took after 90 days for it to show me it's real quality. Horrible!

We have had this vacuum for less than a year and it just burns through belts. I think part of the problem is that the roller brush stays on while you’re using the hose so it’s constantly running. Things get caught, the belt burns out in 1 seconds, and then you have a house that smells like burnt rubber while you maintain the vacuum so you can finish the chore you started. It is otherwise a decent vacuum, I like the swivel, I like the pet hair brush, but I’m tired of fixing it.

Vacuum worked for a couple of months and then stopped. I luckily purchased the insurance for this device via Allstate at checkout. Once the vacuum stopped working I attempted to use the insurance. Much to my surprise Allstate won’t cover the device because it’s still under manufacture warranty. Bissell has been unresponsive. So, all in all, Target gained $217 for me to have this device for 5 months. They will not allow me to return the device either because it’s outside their policy. The same policy that does not mention OPENED vacuums have to be returned within 90 days. I will never buy another device from Target and I’m highly upset because who has $217 to throw away in 2024?

Ive had this product for a few months now and its amazing for pet hair! It really picks up a lot but so many downsides to rhe product like ir doesnt pick up the small stuff like popcorn or crumbs on the floor and its heavy!!!!! Its very heavy and the hose is so small i cant tell u how many times it fell on the floor or my foot. Definitely get a different vacuum

Good vacuum, works well for pet hair. Within a couple months of having it there was a strong burning smell and would not suction anymore. Started working again after a couple months but same thing happened. We have one area rug and one carpeted room, so not overworked. Regular cleaning and dumping of dust/hair. If you want a vacuum that will last longer, spend a little bit more money.

Worked great for just about two months before the belt started melting, the vacuum started smoking, and, obviously, the roller stopped working. I have tried to reach Bissell customer service without any luck. I am super disappointed. Didn't work great on the one rug we had either. For hard floors, while it worked, it was great.

The belt really does suck. I read the reviews and got it anyway because of the price. I hoped I would have better luck, but no, the belt breaks literally every 3rd time I vacuum. Bought the belts on Amazon 10 for 10 dollars and figured that was not bad. The vacuum works amazing besides that. The suction is great. I have a golden retriever, and it sucks up so much.
