Buyers beware, defective hinge
I exchanged these 2x. Latest exchange was in January, here we are in October and the hinge on the case is broken. Bose refuses to acknowledge defective hinge. Lost a customer. Going to JBL.

Awesome noise cancellation
I had a pair of Bose earbuds sports, wanted to upgrade to the noise cancellation. Works great with my iPhone. If I had a little complaint, the earpiece a little bit too big for my ears however, we shall see how it holds up in one year.

Not worth the price for the quality and longevity
These earbuds start off promising; great sound, excellent noise cancellation and easy-to-use tap features. But of course as soon as I hit the 1 year warranty expiration they start to fail; examples include one ear bud only charges some of the time, sometimes only one will connect even if both are fully charged, one will randomly turn off and it takes a million disconnects and restarts to get it working again. Then soon after those issues started happening the literal inner plastic piece holding the grill cover of the earbuds on just snaps as if it was the strength of a pretzels. Nearly $300 and they break after only a year. I was so careful with them too, definitely disappointed.

Simply the best earbuds I’ve owned.
These are simply the best and most comfortable earbuds I’ve ever owned. I have always had a problem with finding earbuds that don’t fall out when exercising and had given up until I tried these. I can wear them all day comfortably and at times, forget they are even there. Add the most effective ANC available in a pair of in the ear devices and the sound quality that is second to none with fantastic clarity and deep bass, and you have a winner. Highly recommended.

Had a pair of Samsung ear pods for a few years until they decided to fail. Looked around at various makes and models and finally opted for these. What a game changer...these are absolutely brilliant! The sound quality is off the scale compared to my old Samsungs. Highly recommend these to anyone wanting something different

I have had the Quiet Comfort Ultra Earbuds for a few weeks. I love the sound quality as well as the noise cancelling and immersive features. Sound quality is outstanding for both listening to music as well as podcasts. Earbuds fit well in the ear and are comfortable. After a few minutes, I don't even realize they are in. Bose has done an outstanding job again!

Buds don't charge in the case after a month
I bought this more than a month ago and it was working fine, but last 2 weeks the buds are not charging in the case. If after a call battery drops to 80% then it remains the same even if the buds are in the case overnight. I have to charge the case everyday for the buds battery to hit 100%. I need support to either replace or fix this, request Bose team to reach out and solve.
