A: The SoundLink Micro is compatible with laptops that support Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), and Bluetooth 4.2. The last of these is backwards-compatible. If your MacBook Pro supports these specifications, you should have no issues in connecting your SoundLink Micro.

This will be compatible with any device that supports Bluetooth audio out, no matter the OS version or things like that unless it happened to be VERY old. You will want to make sure your computers Bluetooth is turned on and there will be options to pair your device. good vibes on the move
I have owned one previously the sad thing i have miss placed it and drive classic vehicles to shows ,this is a wonderful companion on my trips with the wife.

Good sounds thro front and back but too small to hear the full effect from one direction. You can’t everything though, as it very handy unit with a clever simple strap. Punches above its weight.

Wonderful sound from small kit.
I bought this to use in campervan, perfect size, able to run on the battery, recharge on ISB were perfect features. I’m very pleased with the sound, it’s remarkable for such a small speaker. I wish you offered a padded pouch for when carrying it around. I utterly dislike the robotic, weird accent commentary it throws out. It’s exactly the same as was on a very cheap shower speaker I had over 30 years ago.

Amazing little speakers
The sound from these speakers is amazing for the size. It also says the batteries last up to six hours. I was outside on the barbecue pit smoking some things over last weekend. I was out there for eight hours and the speakers kept going. I would recommend them for anybody who needs a portable speaker.

Great sound per usual with Bose I have several products and love them all but.... Why the micro SD charging port? My headphones and other portable speakers are USB-C. I had to knock its rating down for the charging port.

Playing with the Big Boys
Bose seems to never fail. They take pride in being the best and keeping the Bose name in good standing. I have always known Bose to be the best in audio performance that delivers rich sounds from every product they have. This tiny speaker is no different. I was very impressed with the deep sounds that it produces in a small package.

Stereo Link Is Broken
Bought two of these to make a stereo connection. Sounds good enough. Stereo works but the two speakers unlink from each other each time I power down. Not very convenient to have to re-link the two speakers each time I want to use them.
