Great sound, I use it to work in conference calls, but it has a technical problem because every 20 minutes the device turns off creating all kinds of problems while I have to reconnect to the device. Not recommended

Hello! It's great to hear how much you like the sound! I have some good news about a feature of your speaker that will definitely help you! As you have found already, it does have an auto-off timer when not in use. By default, this is set to 20 minutes but it is adjustable! On the Bose Connect app, under the settings for your speaker, there will be an option for the Auto-Off Timer. You can set this from 5 minutes, to 3 hours, or even turn it off completely! Bought this item in December to use when traveling. Used it once and it worked fine. After that it would never power back up again. Extremely disappointed in this Bose product.

Since I had been using Bose products earlier, I expected a lot more bass out of this speaker. It’s not what it claims to be in terms of bass. When I started using the speakers for calls, I’ve started getting complaints on my voice quality. I haven’t taken it out and tested its robustness, but now I’m afraid to.

This device specified microphone. Yes it does play music well but at this price, it should be supporting a basic WhatsApp call. After I purchased and upgraded the firmware, it does not even work on a Samsung Galaxy phone. A cheap $20 speaker with microphone can do what Bose cannot with calls. I owned multiple Bose devices but this is failing below expectations. It should clearly indicate that it does not support WhatsApp etc.. Really disappointed
I bought this speaker thinking Bose was the best. I have not been able to enjoy it at all. From the confusing app download, (which takes forever to update) to the crackling poor sound quality and the source connection problems, it has not been an enjoyable purchase. I spent twice what I wanted to get Bose. Very disappointing.
