The Boudreaux's Original Strength Butt Paste has 16% Zinc Oxide and the Boudreaux's Maximum Strength Butt Paste has 40% Zinc Oxide. At the first hint of a rash, we apply this directly to the affected skin and area around it. Within a nights sleep, the rash is usually gone. There is not a strong odor but there will be some residual cream on your fingers that is easily wiped off.

I haven't had a chance to previously but it has seriously helped the lil diaper rash on my newborn baby that is now just a lil over a month old. The texture is perfect, its a lil off white compared to the white in desitin, and honestly I think it works better than desitin. I will continue to hut this and only use this brand going forward!

It does have a strong scent something I don’t really like and it does stain a little. I thinks it’s worth its money also the bright red packaging is very pretty.

Not as strong as desitin, unfortunately no matter how much I put on his rash keeps coming back. His doctor told us to use something stronger like desitin so that’s where we’re at.

This paste is new for us to try and the maximum strength is what we’re looking for. It’s a great value for the money, the paste is agreeable with our family as we enjoy the light scent, value, and that there are no preservative, parabens, and etc in it. This is a great butt paste for babies but also for protective measures against sweating/chafing in elderly, bed bound patients, and those who sweets often. Worth every penny, thanks!!!

This is the only diaper cream that could get rid of diaper rash for my two kiddos! We use a lighter zinc oxide cream after every change as a preventative measure, but when they start to have the first signs of a rash, we switch to this, and it usually resolves within a day or two.

It's thick white paste, easy to apply, the only thing I'm not a fan of is the removing during bath time because of the texture it's really hard to clean it.

My baby was getting real red starting to get a diaper rash and I put this one and by the next diaper the red was gone. It doesn't stink or have a strong smell like some ointments
