Dissapointed

Product is loud, pressure is low, pretty disappointed with this & dont know how to return or replace with another option. Feel stuck with it.

Poor design, failing after a couple weeks use!

SO MANY FAILS. The design: it’s too short. You have to really bend over to watch the water going into the cup. The flow is much less than I expected based on other similar products. The space between the drip tray and water dispenser is too short for almost all of today’s water bottle sizes! The sensor to determine when a bottle needs changed worked for 1 week and then failed. Now it constantly blinks as if a bottle needs changed when it is full and should not be doing it. Seriously folks - go for a different brand cooler.
