    Big improvement over capsule coffee

    Coming from a capsule machine, this feels like a huge upgrade. The espresso tastes richer and the milk foam is much smoother. It’s still easy enough to use every day.

    Consistent espresso every time

    Tiny but mighty!

    For starters, the unit itself looks great on our countertop. Sleek, compact, and not obnoxious. Most importantly it's easy to use and absolutely changed our morning coffee routine. We are beginners who had minimal former espresso experience, but have always loved our morning cup. We visit coffee shops often (especially while traveling) for the good stuff and decided we would give it a try at home. Such a success, especially for the price. We couldn't have entered the home brewed espresso market for some of these machines that cost the moon and the starts. Can't say enough great things. We can't speak much to the noise of the machine like mentioned in other reviews, simply because we have no point of comparison to other machines. But, we can say it works great every time and the espresso shots are beautiful. Would recommend 10 times out of 10!

    Best brand/model I've used in 30 years.

    I've gone through a number of espresso makers (and grinders) in the past thirty years, and this one is far and away the best. It's simple, with no unnecessary bells and whistles, brews perfectly (even cracks the grinds first) and is easy to clean and maintain. Best of all it has a high enough space to allow you to brew right into the pre-heated milk in your coffee mug, or with the tray removed, allows you to pull directly into a large thumbnail mug full of ice for iced espresso.

    AMAZING MACHINE

    Okay, let me tell you about this product…I went online and surfed across the internet for not only an espresso machine but also how to use an espresso machine and what is espresso, etc. you know the rabbit hole you fall into when you buy an espresso machine…ANYWAYS! I landed here and bought this fellow (Thee CASABREWS 3700ESSENTIAL) and wow so easy to use, the directions that came with the machine were beyond simple like so easy to understand (thank god) and really made me feel like I can work at a coffee shop (sorry, no not really) anywhoo, I love this product, please support this product, I hope yall are not problematic in the future.     First Time Espresso Maker

    I have only had the chance to use it once but was able to make a decent cup of espresso. The how to use directions are good and the machine seems easy to use.

    Good quality vs price.

    Easy to use. Looks and feels like good quality. I hope it last I have used it just a month. It brews nice, not to hot though. I would have like a little bit larger expresso, like 5 ml more, but I suppose is not the "classic" expresso.

    Steamer better and consistent espresso

    Previously had a Calphalon machine but it gave up the ghost after three years leaking water out of the head (replacing gasket did not solve the problem). Decided to try out the Casabrew with its narrow profile and good reviews. Actually, like the smaller water reservoir as I am better at checking it every time and keep it filled. I would sometimes forget with the larger Calphalon and run dry. The steamer wand seems more powerful and get better foam for that will actually create a cappuccino rather than just a latter. Espresso maker is consistently good. Very happy with this machine after 3 months

    Easy to use

    It’s a great machine and really easy to use, but I broke the lid on my water tank and I’m having a hard time finding a replacement. If you could point me to where I can buy a new water tank, that would be great.

    Machine died after 2 years

    Purchased in August 2023 for my mother and she loved it. She makes 1 espresso every morning. Last week, it simply stopped working altogether. I followed all the troubleshooting instructions (boiling the filter, running the frother to clear out any clogs, etc). Nothing worked. This machine was used only once a day and for it to simply stop working after 2 years is disappointing.

    Pretty but a bit challenging

    The machine is gorgeous! I got the creamy colored one and it looks so nice in my kitchen. I will say that after going from a pod machine to a manual machine has not been easy. I still am not loving the espresso yet but buying scales and all sorts of accessories to try and perfect my skills. I am a work in progress for sure...

    Just Stopped Working

    I purchased this espresso maker in April of this year. It worked fine for occasional lattes although the brother could be improved. This week I was looking forward to an afternoon latte and the machine turned on and the pump just clearly stopped working (as well as the frother). I am so disappointed as I had thought this would be a good little machine for at least a few years. I have maintained the machine well and followed instructions. So disappointed.
