Keep craft time colorful and fun with these Twistable Crayons from Crayola. The unique twistables come in plastic tubes that twist up from the bottom — making it easier for you kid to hold and use the entire crayon without breaking it. This pack features a wide range of colors in various shades which make it for your little one to go about coloring masterpieces. These nontoxic Crayola twistable crayons come in a box that's great to have at home or take with you on a road trip, so your little one can entertain themselves with their imagination and creativity.
Love the concept of these crayons as they do not break easily and are easy for little hands to hold. For this reason, we like to travel with these – no broken crayons at the bottom at the bag.
However, I do find that they are not as pigmented as the original Crayola crayons. The Apricot and the Gray are barely visible on paper. I also don’t like that more plastic waste is introduced to a product that is fine without the plastic holder.
Pros: great to travel with, fun to use, doesn’t break easily, no distracting paper to peel
Cons: No names on plastic barrels (what if you can't see color), too much plastic waste, not as pigmented as normal Crayola crayons

I have two granddaughters who tend to push hard as they color and draw. They are notorious for breaking new crayons and end up very sad. They LOVE these twistable crayons, and all they need to do is twist up a new point! We are having many hours of art fun w/o tears or frustration :)
I ordered several boxes of Crayola twistable crayons for my classroom. One box was missing brown! That box only had 23 colors. The missing crayon was nowhere to be found in the shipping package. Not only do I feel ripped-off, brown is absolutely essential. There should also be a tan or light brown for multiracial coloring. Who needs three orange crayons? There used to be a golden yellow as well as a lemon yellow. What happened??? I agree that the color name needs to be printed on each crayon for accurate coloring, efficiency, and educational purposes. Altogether it was a disappointing purchase out-of-pocket for a teacher.

Having the right colors to work with is imperative, and we will be passing along your feedback to our Twistables Team. So happy I bought these crayons!!! My students are going to love them just as much as I do!!! The best part is I can disinfect them after use because of the plastic casing. Thank you Crayola for the excellent products and customer service..."Have a colorful day!!!"
I appreciate that there is no distracting paper covers (my kids like to peel!) And that they cannot break, however there are NO colors on the plastic handles! My husband is colorblind, so it's not just annoying, but unhelpful.
