They make chopping and slicing faster and more enjoyable, especially when I’m juggling dinner on a busy night. The sleek design looks beautiful on my counter, and I can tell they’re built to last. These have quickly become my go-to knives for everything.

This is a very impressive sturdy wood block that not only looks great but is the perfect size for my countertop.As a person that prepares multiple meals a day this collection of knives has everything that I need including kitchen sheets and a sharpening rod.Every knife in this set is made of strong high-carbon stainless steel with a blade design that tapers down to a precise,sharp edge and a uniquely designed handle that's very comfortable to hold. Using these knives is effortless,as they are extremely sharp with a fine edge that cuts,slices and dices all foods without hesitation.This is by far the best knife block set that I have ever had and it is one that I would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cuisinart missed the mark with some of the knives in this 12 piece set. First the negatives: the rubber footings of the block is stapled to the bottom and do not align with the block causing a massive scratch on my table. Next, the handles on these knives are very smooth and the lack of texture makes it easy to lose your grip if your hands are wet or you’re not extremely careful. The scissors don’t break apart to allow for easy cleaning of the blades. The other issue with the scissors is going to be rusting over time. Lastly, the serrated utility knife is extremely short, rendering it pretty much useless. Now for the positives: the blades are very sharp and easily slice, chop, and mince with minimal effort. I loved that this set included a sharpening steel and santoku knife. If you’re looking for something that’s more pretty versus practical than this set is good. If you want longevity and quality then you should consider looking into other alternatives.

The color of the handles is a dark navy and it looks beautiful with the blonde wood block. The knives are light and easy to handle. The handles are comfortable to hold and have sharp stainless steel blade tips. I love looking at this set in my kitchen and look forward to years of use!

We are a family of 4 so there being 4 steak knives is excellent! I did feel the need to sharpen them even though they were brand new to get cleaner cuts.

The block makes every knife you can possibly need easily accessible while preparing any meal. The deep navy blue color matches just about any decor. The knives themselves are sharp for precise, accurate cutting. It was packaged extremely well and safe. The handles make it comfortable and easy to slice. The scissors/opener is so clutch, I use it for everything! It also comes with the sharpening steel tool. It’s all very durable. Not only is the collection beautiful, it’s so efficient and functional. The handles are medium weight- not too solid but they don’t feel light or flimsy at all. Handles are very comfortable to hold and I liked using them for extended cutting. I like the colored handles- they are unique and look good on the counter. I’m not sure how long they will hold up over time but overall pretty great knife set.

I used them while eating a porterhouse steak as well as chopping all of my Gumbo ingredients. I was able to dice my veggies super fine . It also has a knife sharpener. I am so impressed that I will be replacing my current Astercook chef for my new Cusinart color pro. I literally feel like Bobby Flay every time I prepare dinner now. I highly recommend this product. There are 4 steak knives, 2 large knives (chef and slicing), a small santoku, a serrated utility and a paring knife. It includes a pair of kitchen shears and a sharpener. I started using these and realized how dull and ineffective my old knives were.

There is enough space between the different knives, making it easy to position and withdraw and reinsert the knives into the slots easily. I like the solid edge to the steak knives versus the typical spiky edge. The knives glide across produce and meats easily require very little effort or weight from behind the knife. This is a great addition to the kitchen.

It came packaged perfectly with each knife wrapped in plastic and a paper sheath on top to prevent any harm while unpacking. The set itself is beautiful- I love the stainless steel edges on each knife handle. The handles were comfortable- made prepping dinner less painful- literally! The sharpness of each knife was flawless! The only thing I would recommend is a paper user guide, as it only has a QR code and website listed on the box itself for a virtual user guide and warranty information. I was graciously gifted this product in exchange for my honest review.

The first thing I noticed was the light weight. They felt okay, balanced enough, but they didn't give me the impression of being made from top-tier materials. That said, they were sharp out of the box, and after using them for a few weeks, they're still holding their edge. But these aren't knives that are going to impress a serious cook. The wood block itself, which is surprisingly hefty, completely outshines the middling quality of the knives. And, like many affordable kitchen items, these are made in China. If you need a basic, functional set and aren't too concerned about impressing anyone with high-end cutlery, the ColorPro knives will get the job done. Just don't expect anything beyond that. They're good enough for everyday cooking, but they're not an investment in quality that will last for years.
