Q: Bought in April 2025. This one failed this week. It demanded a cleaning so, instead of finishing the cleaning cycle it just stopped. Not completing the cleaning cycle. Now what?

Is made out of more plastic,...means less durability. We like our coffee strong,...needs more grounds,...splashes on underside hot water holes. Guessing no engineering answers for that. Like the more holes in this one,..brews better. Could use deeper filter basket.

My old Cuisinart 12c coffee maker of 12yrs finally gave out. Loved it. Ordered a 14c Cuisinart and seems like I'm going to really enjoy this one also. Coffee is extra hot..love it, timer is set for 3hrs on auto. Brews great.

Makes the smoothest tasting coffee! I’ve used this unit at a friend’s home for many years and always wondered why their coffee tasted so much better than mine. I thought perhaps it was the coffee itself. What I learned was it was this coffee maker. I use filtered water from the refrigerator and the additional charcoal water filter in this unit really makes the coffee flavor amazing and smooth.

This coffee maker does a pretty good job of brewing, however, the warming tray it sits on quickly chipped, and has since lost all of the covering. So, it looks rusty and dirty all the time. It also leaks down the back, so we have to keep a towel under it at all times.

I like the coffee maker, but… Can someone explain to me, how you get 14 cups. I measured 8 4oz cups and then filled the coffee pot. The water went to the 13 cup line on my pot. As people use different cup sizes, it would be better to mark the pot with ounces.

Love the fact that it makes 14 cups!! With a coffee loving family we always had to make a second half pot and it was always a pain with everyone trying to leave for work at the same time! This solved it! Now our coffee is ready when we wake up (love programmable coffee makers) and we can all get as much as we want! Some days there is a cup left over but put it in a pitcher in the fridge and that makes an awesome iced coffee!

The machine looks lovely. My coffee always tastes burnt, it doesn’t matter the roast of coffee or what temperature the warming plate is on. It constantly tastes burnt. I have tried cleaning it, that doesn’t help either. When you use the brew button the machine guves one less cup than what you put in. For instance you put in 6 cups (machine measured markings) you will only get 5 cups in the carafe. I thought some water was staying in the grounds, so I tried with no coffee and same thing. The machine gives one less cup in the carafe than what you put into the reservoir.

Works great. The cone-shaped filter helps make the coffee stronger, which is what we were looking for. I appreciate that it came with a reusable filter, and we love the "bold" option for brewing. The only option I wish it had was an option to select the number of cups (rather than measuring out exactly how much water you need each time) you want to brew. We got this as a wedding registry item and are glad we did!

I have owned two of these. The bottom heating element reliably fails after two years. Almost like it has a timer on it. Up until then, it makes great coffee.

I love this coffee pot! Its my third one in 20 something years. My last one lived for 10 of those years! The only thing with this one was the pot originally wouldnt fit under the unit resulting in the hot plate getting scratched. Its fine now that it is broken in.
