A: Yup. Believe the reviews. The battery lasts you about 3 uses depending on the size of your home. It takes me approximately five minutes to vacuum my whole house and regardless if I charge it all night it dies on you.

A: There are adaptors you can buy - Amazon has them - that you can use to control the trigger button so that you don't need to hold it down. Should run around $10.
